    It sounds like members of SD/Nuverse have been in contact as of today and are working to resolve the issue, which is good. However it doesn't change the fact that their support needs some serious improvement still so players aren't forced into having to use social media to get a proper response to their issues. x.com/ChasePitzer/status/1833192675643953267

      Hey Zombie. I'm currently being railroaded by support. I'm no whale like in your example. But I have bought the pass every season since I started with Surfer. So I did the refer a friend. We used the referral code, he linked account and completed tutorials. He also bought the welcome bundle. So I'm waiting and someone mentioned they submitted a ticket. I figured something was up and I oughta follow suit. So I was receiving the typical auto responses and getting no where. Eventually I requested a supervisor and I'm now on first name basis with Rea G. While this was going on I picked Hoogland in Conquerers and won the Elektra variant. The reward message refused to mark as read so I had a perpetual 1 in the top right corner. Since I was already corresponding to them I added that bug. I wish I hadn't because that's all they kept referring to. For weeks random responses around 4am saying nothing helpful. Gradually my nice replies turn to rants. Rea came back and said that the event was over and the experts she liaisons "might have felt" my friend didn't link his account. I went off about my loyalty, threatening social media blast, saying why would I waste this much life for some variants? Threatened to stop playing. But I think the bots detect a few curse words because I got my fastest response. Rea said she would talk to the experts again. But I waited patiently and they dragged their feet. So basically I'm still waiting. Sorry so tldr and thanks

    Nothing new, unfortunately. Remember the Gambit bundle was quite something, and they finaly compensated with 8k gold because the whole community was raging. They're grinding their way out, till the well gets dry.

    It costs them nothing to issue more gold and such for these players. 2400 seems too low for someone who loves the game enough to spend so much. I pay a good amount to this game even getting 50$ bundles some times so I could imagine how many opportunities would be lost in the game from missing out on 3 weeks of play.

      That said maybe they need to ramp up variant productivity and effects and backgrounds and such so people have reasons to gain collection levels when they are so high.

      Yeah that's one of the things that I find extra crazy, this is digital currency that is created with the press of a button. They're costing themselves way more by not making things right here

      My experiences with support are personally always fine. I've had them resolve issues for me and they've even reviewed games for me and told me something that I missed when I first started playing.

    The game's entire economy is cheeks. This is a deliberation, of course, but nonetheless, is there a single game on any platform that has any type of respect for their customer?

      I remember back in the day Blizzard was the gold standard of customer support, long ago my bnet account got hacked by a gold farmer and they were very good about helping me get it back. I've heard they aren't as good as they used to be nowadays, but its prob still better than most of the industry.

    This reminds me of the absolutely bizarre email I got around the time of the Gambit bundle mess up. It was a whole page long, and ended with: "before we wrap up, I want to express my admiration for your remarkable potential and dedication. I'm confident you'll continue to excel as a player. Keep up the excellent work! Have a blessed day, and please stay safe!" So weird! Did anyone else get this too?

    Dude, this whole issue is beyond insane, I'm actually shocked despite having had my own bad experience with support (no compensation/refound for misleading premium mystery tarot variants), the guy probably has spend upwards of 40k on the game and would have easily spent another grand in those 3 weeks alone, given the kind of whale he is, at the bare minimum they should have given him twice all the missed currency, all the bundle variants and all the spotlight variants that he didn't manage to buy himself in the few times he logged in, amd maybe even throw in a premium pass and a few months of gold pass on top for good measure. What a disgrace, makes you lose all confidence in the game really.

    I've had a really negative response with Marvel Snap customer support and when you brought up Amazon, I had nightmare flashbacks about their customer support and how they ruined Christmas 2023. Fuck both the companies and the way they deal with customers.

    For me it's annoying on less of the amount and more that it took months to be like "here's our offer take it or you get nothing". That feels lazy and scummy.

    This is how customer support works in the world now. Everything has gotten lazy, and companies just want to get over on everyone. I don't know why we act like this is a snap problem, it is a society problem.

    Wish more creators would cover this but they decide to sugarcoat the real issues with the company and ignore it, then when you call out an issue like this they send their sheep at you. I remember the gambit bundle, now this. What’s next?

    I used the online shop to get the extra small rewards for buying stuff in game, the BP would give you 1000 points and a small reward. I normally bought the BP in the app and went online to get the points. Randomly one month it didn’t work so I asked support. They sent me a screenshot of a small text saying to get points you need to buy on the web store not the app, and said read the text and no, you can’t get the small reward. I thought that was insane, a small piece of text changing the way it has been every other season and not giving anything for the confusion. Plus the rudeness from support means I will never buy another thing from this game (unless it’s the dead pool $2 anniversary pack)… I used to buy the season pass every month unless it was terrible… and yes I am petty haha

    I will say, I don't remember what the issue was but a long time ago I had some issue and they sent me 500 gold which I wasn't even expecting but yes interacting with their customer service was always ass. The emails always felt so robotic and then they email you like 10 times about the same issue, it just feels weird.

    Yeah their support has been dogshit forever I remember I contacted them feeling kinda scammed the first time those Wakandan offers came out since I was buying through some and noticed there wasn’t any gold at all even tho there was more gold on the image than anything, never got any amount of gold or anything even tho clearly they knew they fucked up cuz the next time they brought it back they added a bunch of gold too the track

    I used to spend 4-500$ a month on the game. After the absolute worst CS from SD. I only buy the season pass now. It's been about 7 months of this. I won't ever buy any pack, money or gold. I won't even buy credits nor refresh missions

    Recently I tried to figure out why I didn't get any rewards for the refer a friend event and yeah, the customer support is terrible, basically I gave them free players for their game and all they had to do is type an amount of currency to give a compensation.

    I spoke to their support page asking how to change my email to log in since my email is going to be deactivated. P.S. my email is being deactivated because I used a school email. They got back and sounded like they cared, and let me know that they will help me. And in my opinion, even though the issue was not resolved yet, I had a good interaction. If my account goes down then I'll have to make an update on their service.

      If anyone knows what would happen if my email becomes deactivated please let me know so I can prepare for it. I hope I can still log in and play because I've had the game for almost a year now. And in my opinion, if you can't transfer data or change your email due to something like what I'm dealing with, I feel like that is a major flaw in their game because think about how many people used their school emails, and think about if they spent money on the game. Do they just lose everything? I don't know... Again if anyone knows please let me know.

    I guess the silver lining is that they don’t treat a customer better just because they spend more money…but their fix never seems to be fitting to the mishap. Can’t help but feel like 9 out of 10 things are like this. Florida unemployment was INSANELY overly convoluted ( I was laid off before the pseudo politicians come out) , Uber eats is notoriously horrific whether you are customer or driver. It’s sad.

    Sadly so many companies are outsourcing their customer service to countries in south east Asia to reduce costs and probably making earning look so much better to investors. The customer is always going to be the one to feel the impact of this, with robotic responses which are either AI generated or just straight up taken from a list of scripts that were approved by a legal team in some cases. Often times resolutions are completely lackluster or never manifest at all. When you are a customer of one of these companies, you want to feel valued above everything else, which is why I understand why that gold offer felt like a slap in the face and a betrayal after all that time.

    Marvel Snap support is the worst! Quite recently couldn't join a league on its final day. Wrote to support the same day. Got a bunch of chatGPT-type bullshit. At one time, they even asked me if I play Agatha. Why on earth would that matter? 😂😂😂 So, in the end, no apology, no compensation, no nothing. A complete disgrace!

    And I think you’re over estimating how much money the rewards via normal play is worth over a 3 week time period. You figure 400 gold is equivalent to 500 credits. So then you figure every 8 hours you get 2 missions so that’s 6 missions a day. Let’s say they’re 50/50 in terms of normal vs hard missions. So all together 450 credits. 450 credits each day so that’ s 9,450 credits all together. So the divide it by 500 which ends up being about 19. So then you times 19 by 400 which is representing the gold. Which is 7,600…..well I guess I’m off on this one lol….ya they should have gave him 8,000 gold for sure. However depending on how much he played as well as other factors it could be very well that 0 anything was warranted. Just remember there’s always at least two sides to every story & in today’s world it has become more and more rare for people to own up their own mistakes or wron doing. Not saying this is the case here necessarily but it’s definitely possible.

    Hi @ZombiesGoNomNom , I hope you had a good holiday! I'd like to know if anybody had my same issue with the league event: since I noticed that Conquest doesn't trigger anymore the start of the event, I waited till sunday cause I didn't want to grind for the whole week-end. Unfortunately, I could not access the league even if I played several non-conquest games around 5 hours before the end. The league had simply disappeared. I reported it as bug, but I suspect they did it on purpose because they want more engagement. I'm ok with it, but they should've told us in advance!

      I actually had this exact same issue, since I was traveling I waited until the final day to enter a league and by the time I tried it was gone. Seen a few others report it apparently closed entry around 12 hours before it ended so that might be handy to know for next time. I was in the same boat where I wasn't too bothered by it but agree that it should have been communicated. Given they didn't even communicate about this league even starting though im not too surprised. Hope this info helps for next time!

    It took a long time for me to get anything from them,I lost my gold ticket in a season roll over glitch. They gave me a lot less gold than it took to buy a replacement ticket.

      @joeyb7867 What happened was: My extra medals converted to boosters; I played only ladder games and logged out; I loggin; it converters my medals from last season into boosters AGAIN; I open a cache to get a golden ticket; I log out; I log in and my medals and recent gold ticket go through a 3RD conversion to boosters.
      It most definitely was a glitch.

    For a top 1% spender to get locked out the game for 3 hole weeks. They need to tally up all the weekly challenges, all the gold and credits and pass points add to his account than 2500 gold as comp for being locked out and that's the minimum

    Literally not even close to bottom tier, let alone the worst. I have only had positive experiences with their support team.
    You people that complain about SD have obviously never experienced EA, Blizzard, Ubisoft, etc.

      I have been playing Blizzard games for 25 years. They used to be incredible. They are absolutely miserable now.
      SD is light years better than Blizzard.

    the game is always the worst game on the development and qa/qc side:
    - It drains more battery than bigger card games
    - SD always slow in implementing anything for being the smallest card game
    - bonus, their communication is also the worst since official launch
    - compensation and goodwill are not their strong point

    Honestly, every time I have an issue, they get right back in touch with me and figure it out.
    I was surprised, maybee my experience is different then most..
