I used to find them all over as a child, it see.s like I see them less every year that goes by......I'm sure it has to do with all the global changes. Honey Bee's share the same fate. I really enjoyed watching this project. And I will be making my own.....I just have to finish my son and his new wife to be's Bride/Groom Gnomes! ❤❤❤
I love that you add the pattern for free for the Cricut. i have had an issue with the JPG file not wanting to upload to my Cricut Maker 3 but I figured out a pattern on my own. I love LOVE LOVE the gnomes! Thank you!!
I love your lady bug! He’s so original and different from all the others because of the way you made his wings and feet. You are so creative! Love watching your gnome videos so much that I’ve watched them repeatedly. Please keep them coming.
I THINK YOU'RE WONDERFUL PATTI. I ENJOY YOUR TUTORIALS, HIS YOU LINK THE ITEMS SHOP WE CAN FIND THEN, AND THE FACT THAT YOU SHARE YOUR BEAUTIFUL PATTERNS WITH US FOR FREE IS A BONUS. YOU HAVE BROUGHT MY SISTERS AND I CLOSER THAN BEFORE. NOT ONLY THAT BUT YOU ARE BRINGING ME OUT OF MY DEPRESSION TOGETHER WITH OTHER DRAFTERS. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS.

That's awesome Jody. I need to print all of them to and put them in a binder. I can't believe I have not already done that. I hope that you have a great rest of your week.
I love him!!!... thank you so much for making him an sharing this video with us.. I’m so glad you made this DIY, cuz I really wanted you to make him ...

I am without a doubt your biggest fan! I tell everyone about you and the wonderful amazing gnomes you make!! you are such a delight to watch and so very talented. and than you for doing this for us especially during this covid time in our lives when we can not get out as much.
I absolutely love your gnomes and how you show us how to make them. I saw that you made a bumblebee and lady bug gnome. I was wondering if you planned on making a butterfly gnome.
Hi Patti…I want to make a bumblebee nightlight for my granddaughter. I have most of it figured out with the exception of the wings. Do you have any suggestions for. TY
Hi Patti I have been watching your channel now for awhile and finally bought the hands and feet molds for the gnomes, do you have a tutorial on how to use the molds, and any tips you might have for a beginner on this?? I have made 2 different pairs and they are not good enough, lol I dont know what I am doing wrong?? P.S. Love your tutorials you are very good at what you do!! Keep up the good work...Barb
Thank you so much Barbara. If you are using oven bake clay, you have to really press it in there. You can also smooth them out and bake them and then touch them up with more clay and rebake. You are commenting on the ladybug gnome and I actually used plastic feet on that one.
I love your gnomes. I'm going to try and make the soldier gnome for a friend as he was an mp in the army. Also want to make the ladybug gnome. Could you make a watermelon themed gnome for summer? Thanks so much!!
I would have to think that one through. It would have to be made from something that is weatherproof. Wood? Metal? Let me think on that. Thanks for the suggestion. I have a couple of ideas for outdoor gnomes for Christmas.
I would love to know where you got your scissors .✂️ I’ve tried to use the scissors I have to cut the faux fur backing and they’re just not pointy enough. I’m currently cutting it with an x-acto knife, but I would like to try scissors.
I havent yet. You could add a little E6000 glue to them, it's the best. Sometimes I use it with hard to hold items and then add hot glue to hold it in place while it dries.
Saludos .Cuidese.

Hi Patti. just curious - what is the purpose of non woven material glued to styrofoam, I know it needs to go on green styrofoam, was just wondering. thanks. Kathy from Ontario. love your gnomes and instructions.
It is only if you are using weighted beads. You can use a white cotton fabric too. You just don't want to beads to push through the fabric. Felt works great too. Thanks, Patti

Patti, have you had any problems getting the hot glue to stick to the feet? I have had problems with the hands made from the same material.
