I just can't stop crying watching her. So beautiful and perfect that went beyond the vocal technics and gave us the most beautiful, honest and emotional version os this song ever. Besides her diginity of not revealing the story which makes her even more unique, showing the true and immensurable love that gave us this present. Awsome!!! I stand here in Brazil crossing my fingers for you! You`re the one to win! Love you!
I've now listened to every available version of this piece and continue to be moved by this one. If the story below is true in relation to the loss of a premature baby then it is a miracle of music that so many people that I have spoken to seem to have felt this ....none the less profound for her diginity in not revealing the story on the TV, as most celebrities would do. I've never been touched by Ms Marsh before in any way...but I am very impressed notwithstanding the slightly shaky start.
This is an OK series, anything that tries to poularise opera is worth a go..... however, this piece was extremely moving......she seems to have been moved and it was communicated....thank you for posting
I think part of the reason this piece moved her so strongly was that the "certain somebody" she refers to in the interview is, apparently, the son she lost only hours after his premature birth. "Io sogno d'anime che sono sempre libere, Come le nuvole che volano" "I dream of souls that are always free, Like the clouds that fly" It's a great shame that such tragedy should have to inspire such a beautiful and moving performance. Kudos to her, for so many reasons.
This is my favourite version of this song even more than professional singers i.e. Sarah Brightman, Katherine Jenkins etc. I'm sixteen and one day I hope to be doing this sort of thing :) God bless
Still watching this great singer. My favourite song

Kym, this is a moment of heaven
Music speaks, when words fail.

i'm a 18 stone 6 foot scaffolder, and this made me wanna cry. bless u kym.
Kym always had a stunning voice, but this was outstanding.
Kym Marsch sang it so beautifully!! She would have made it as an Opera singer. Well done Kym!!
SO beautiful!
This Was very good
I loved this show and this moment in particular, no one sings it better than Kym. Myleene was lovely here pity we cannot edit out Titchmarsh..

Thanks for sharing that. It’s very sad but beautiful.

If she had concentrated on classical singing instead of pop singing and acting, she could have been as good as Katherine.
One classy dame!
Could be the closest we see to hearsay reunion
i've watched it again, awesome, alan titchmarsh is a nob for showing no compassion for the girl.
@mrrocket400 so your saying your height, weight and occupation makes you anymore of a man than the rest of us
Vocally good, but she does need to open up her vowels, so that they sound pure and not diphthongised like English vowels.
Who even won this?
Laughing stock? Are you sure?
