Good morning. I have a Series 3, I have since bought a brand new BRAUN cleaning station....but...it will not cycle through the "cleaning" process. I have a new bottle of solution but it won't go. I does charge the unit okay though. Is there something I can do to the shaver itself to fix it? By the way... would you be willing to look at it for me? Let me know and I will ship the entire unit and cleaning station to you. I am NOT the most DIY kind of guy. Thank you sir.

Mine is a series 7 how you opene them there is some clips but I have not been to open this one some other clip that I dont find is holding it! How did you open yours?
Just like I shown in video, I unscrew the 2 screws - look inside the unit - remove the cleaning reservoir FIRST. Takes a long screwdriver - if my memory serves me right. And there could be clips rather than screws in your model, unless they changed it. Hope this helps you. Have a great day!
@@tonysfun I'm trying, i'm still searching why it do not make proper contact, i can make it work some times but not always, next step is to glue the board. What a bad conception for a big piece of plastic junk with one tiny board with 10 component parts on it...

My cleaning station is only having sound when i plug my shaver in. There is not having cleaning liquid in the shaver after the process. Is this the same issue as yours?
No, my unit wasn't cleaning my shaver, so I wanted to fix it and I did. I don't understand your problem - can you elaborate ? It cleans only when you insert the shaver + it charges internal battery, so leave it plugged in overnight.
My problem sounds a lot like his it makes sounds and lights up and charges but the pump doesn't suck the alcohol stuff up and my shaver is dry after. I cleaned out all the hair out of the base and put fresh alcohol in but it won't suck it up or something even though it goes through cleaning mode with the yellow light on the shaver and it vibrates there's no watery sound like it used to have

I find 4 clips but it still will not open. Looking at it again tomorrow. I don't see any screws in this series 7 station.

Now that i know the board is moving, i just slammed it once and it works again 😂
