I'm thinking to upgrade to the A3500, I like the timer + the dishwasher safe!!! + the small containers (for the Pro750 I use both the 64oz and 32oz containers and I put them in the dishwasher they're ok...). However I like the old style buttons of the 750 and I know the quality of the 750 whereas I'm afraid to be disappointed by the A3500... Please help me with this uge decision in my life lol
Hey, sorry for a very late answer. Sometimes the youtube notifications don't seem to work until someone else comments? 🙁 Anyway, shortly after my original comment, we went with the modern look of A3500. As we don't have much experience with the older models and only have experience with less expensive blenders to compare we, at least, couldn't be happier with our decision! 😄 In my country they still don't sell the smaller jug, so we bought the extra smaller containers which help it get used more often. 🙂 Although the parts are dishwasher safe, I've never put it in the dishwasher just to prolong the life of the jug. And the washing-setting does a pretty good job.
@K I Hi! It's funny to come back to comment my own message from 2 yr ago 😂 So, I bought the A3500 with all the accessories and also the stainless jar! I sold it all 2 months ago because I moved to another country with different electric voltage. I like the dishwashing safe jars of this model. I didn't really like the small elements (small jars) although they were useful but I'm not crazy of their design (sometimes it doesn't work, kind of tricky). I loved the stainless steel jar. Now I've been using Vitamix for about 10 yr (Pro750 and A3500), I won't buy the A3500. I will check the market and I will inquire vacuum blenders. If I decide to buy Vitamix again, I will buy one with no preselected programs as I never use them, better to adjust myself. And no digital. And absolutely no stupid useless (sorry) Bluetooth in my kitchen!
@@LoraLexploratrice thank you for this!! I'm Soo confused as to which and you've helped A lot🤝 I don't care for Bluetooth at all. Who needs more tech 😅 The components not sure if they'll be necessary.. but the food processor is 😍
My Pro 750 stopped spinning and after letting it cooled down, worked for a few minutes then stopped again. I have a feeling the thermostat or something is faulty. What do I do?
I went with the a3500. I was so intimidated by it and still kind of am then agin I just got it yesterday. It’s crazy how well it works. Will take some time to learn but when I do.
Forget these new blenders with their "safety" "feature": It just means they won't blend when you want to blend. The Pro 750 and the other Legacy models are the way to go. They do a superb job, and last forever.
@Stasik-cx9fo It doesn't blend smaller batches well. That's why I went with the 5300. All my 5000 series containers fit it. The 48 ounce container basically lives on it.
THANK YOU! I wanted the A3500 but felt I might miss the "tried and true" reliability of the 750. Sounds like I won't be disappointed with the A3500 in the least bit and will be able to take advantage of the additional features and accessories the A3500 offers. You've put my mind at ease. Oh, by the way, this vid is 5 years old. Have you changed your thoughts at all from the time of this review?
I have a refurb Creations Elite/7500 with the low profile 64oz container. I recently decided I wanted a food processor. The Ascent series was my only choice to have a single base motor. So, I will try the A3500 and see if I can overcome my analog tendencies.
Love your Channel! ❤ Just started using my A3500. Quick question, can the rubber gasket on the container’s lid, be removed to clean underneath it? Worried about mold. Thanks 😊
@Life is NOYOKE I am minutes away from making my purchase of one of these two. I think my main hang up is that I’ve heard stories of people having their machines for 20+ years and they’re still kickin. My issue with the A3500 is...will the new technology, the touchscreen, etc have that kind of longevity? We see a lot of different types of digital and touchscreen products in our lives that just don’t last as long as the rugged “old-fashioned” products. My issue with the 750 is that it won’t ever get new attachments and it will never have a timer. Take a chance on the future or stick with possibly more rugged longevity? Help!
Using our a3500 doesn’t feel like we are using tech. Feels like we are using a Vitamix. Using the a3500 in 20 years will feel like what using a 5200 feels like now. Like using a Vitamix
As long as it still manually powers up and the touchscreen still works you should still be using it in 20 years. Your phone may not communicate with it due to technology differences. Vitamix Machines are built to last, I have one that's 30 years old.
I can’t wait to watch this. I just commented on your other video about my Pro 750 being in a box in sea of boxes in my garage. I have been without it for a year and decided to just buy another one. But I bought the A3500 this time. I haven’t received it yet. But I do miss my Pro 750 already and I must say that I liked the interface much better. Although I have not received the A3500 in the mail yet, but I am biased. The Pro 750 was a powerful workhorse for sure.
Omg Omg Omg... Got my pro 750 from the black Friday sale... It is a beast, high quality, well built.... Bulletproof... The dial... The switches.... Omg... I love it. My mom wants to replace her 5200.... Darn it... I should have purchased 2 on black Friday
If you don’t mind me asking how much did you pay? Wondering if I should wait until November lol! I’ve been struggling to decide between the two for months. It’s on sale now for $550. I’m also interested in the A3500 which is in sale for $800 which comes with the scale, to go cups, 8oz blender cups with the adapter, and then the larger blending cups as well. Such a hard decision because I want to use the 8oz bottles too! So hard lol
When I was doing my research in 2020 I decided to go with the 750 over the A3500 for two primary reasons. 1) many of the "cool features" on the A3500 are gimmicky and require programming via a cell phone (I keep the cell phone out of the kitchen). 2) containers and other accessories for A3500 and its cousins REQUIRE the more expensive smart technology built into the container, you can't use the cheaper, older containers. Now that I've had my blender for a few years, I'm so glad I went with the 750. My favorite features...fully automated cleaning mode, automated smoothie mode and automated soup mode...everything else I run via the speed dial. Good luck!
Here is other idea. If got the other when you still not happy then get other too. But before that and you have the money then get both then later on you don't used that much give to a family member or friend or someone that wants to buy one at discount. I would do the first 2 option then last one.
I subscribed because you said...if you want lol. Actually i watched a couple videos and yours was super honest and for me helpful for me figuring out which one to buy. Great video.
as much as I LOVE the "newest model" of everything, I don't think I'll ever be able to give up my rubber handle and lid. Besides, I got a timer on the microwave. #team750
Well here we are at the end of 2023 and I just had exactly the same decision to make… The pro 750 or the eight 3500! It was a no-brainer for me because I’d like to keep my appliances durable and simple. I don’t like the container on the A3500, and I also don’t like the wireless connectivity or the self detect containers because there’s just more to go wrong here. Also what happens if you’re cooking and the Internet goes down, which happens all the time where I live. I’ve had Vitamix for years, and I know what works and for me it’s the 750.😢
I like the touch screen and programmable setups. I like that you can connect your phone tablet iPod ect. Your blender for different settings. I like the free turning dial. One thing I notice having dials. They get wear and tear. Even the littlest resistance. Can eventually cause the connector to snap. Break. Whatever you like to say. I like the digital version because it has also accessories. For one. The scale that you can connect to it. I’m not perfect with measurements. So to have that using recipes be great. Now I’m going to order the A 3500. As soon as the store opens. Lol
The 40% quieter attribute really makes these two the MVPs IMO. (Good on you for shielding your baby's ears regardless though!) Is the *"Vitamix Professional Series 750 Blender, Professional-Grade"" the same as the *"Vitamix Pro 750 Heritage Series, Professional-Grade"* ? Gawd, Vitamix, your model name confusion/complexity/daftness sure is maddening!
I'm hesitating between the A2300 with food processor pack and the pro 750... I'm not really into tech, and the best way to figure out if something has blended enough is by simply looking at it (cooking 101). So the 750 would be enough (don't need all the presets and I like proven gear) but I do not own a food processor so the A230 would do 2 jobs at once. But the extra food processor pack may be either very useful or a thing that takes up space in the cupboards. Buying the food processor pack later would be more expensive than buying it right away, so a year later I'm still wondering which one I should get especially since they do not make a food processor pack for the pro 750. I have seen bad reviews of the A2300 with the processor bundle. Yes, I would hate to regret my decision, and I would hate to pay too much for something I am no certain I need... :(
Pro 750 is 1600 watts while a3500 is 1450watts. So, pro750 is anytime more powerful. The programmable features should be considered on computers and phones not on a blending machine.
Your middle name should Sushmita "Succinctly" Shubham. 😃Thank you! You summed it up nicely for the information I was looking for: 1. What's the best power of the Vitamix (1600 watts vs 1450 watts). 2. I'm never sold completely on an "appliance" with programmable features - Vitamix Pro 750 has both options on its machine. Personally, Vitamix Pro 750 is the one for me. I would also like to thank "Life is No Yoke" for pointing out the noise level on both machines are the same and 40 percent lower noise level than the other Vitamix's. This is helpful when you live in housing with shared walls, such as an apartment complex or condo living. Thanks again! 😊💖
I just ordered a purple pro 750 with the dry container from qvc a few days ago because that's the one my mom recommended me to get. I can't wait until it gets here.
Enjoyed your video, got some good laughs even though there was no final answer as it's really based on user preference when the specs are almost identical. Your tired face was hilarious to watch....lol. I pick 750 😆
750 no brainer, no need for touchy touchy put all your healthy ingredients in, select desired program dial and push the button..thats it!.. no digital which is one less to worry bout if it doesnt work
Hello. Is the UK model of Professional 750 compatible with the stainless steel container, would you know please? As the stainless steel containers as you may know are not compatible with the Ascend models so I wonder…
Life is NOYOKE sorry... I checked and after comparing deals, Amazon currently had it for $100 cheaper than direct. Really enjoying your vids though, how else can I support?
I keep finding different spec dimensions for the Pro 750. Is its height 17 inches or shorter? I am wanting to fit this underneath my cabinets, but the A3500 appears shorter in your video.
Hi. I just found this video as I'm in the market for a new blender. The the lid broke on the Ninja we had. So, as someone who doesn't have either and doesn't know what to expect the regret test doesn't seem to work on me. As a first time Vitamix beginner what would you suggest I buy?
Hey Will. The no-program version of the Pro 750 (the 7500) is available Certified Reconditioned for $249.95 bit.ly/2y4NoyL It's a bit quieter than the most loud models but not as quiet as the least (say the A3500 bit.ly/2sOM2IC )
I am so fortunate to have been gifted the Pro 750 it’s bundled with the dry canister, very patiently waiting for it to arrive 😝🤩, longest time ever to arrive .
I’m torn between the 3500. & 780. I have a small coffee shop. Going to start making fraps. Done need any thing fancy just functional. sure would like to talk to someone about this. Tried calling only messages, no one has called me back
What tool do you suggest to use to scoop out everything from inside the vitamix? A non negligible amount of Cashew cheese gets stuck around the blades for example and i hate the scraping sound on the blade when I use a metal spoon :)
Couple things here. We use a scrub brush before running the cleaning cycle. We love this one by OXO amzn.to/2I6Q5qB You can also check out this purpose-built blade scraper from Vitamix bit.ly/2JLz0iY (if you buy with this link you'll get free shipping)
yeah, like the rest of the containers, there's going to be *some* give, but certainly no wobble. the trick to using with a tamper is holding the container at the bottom (not the top as you'd do it intuitively)
I have a question! Is the 32 oz better for making smoothies for one, compared with the 48 oz jar? It would seem so. I am guessing a typical small smoothie is around 16oz. Would it be the same being made in both jars? That would affect my decision, because I see the 3500 does not have a 32 oz. And the 20oz seems to get bad reviews. Thoughts?
Dude...you had me. I was excited when I bought my A3500 but extremely let down when I found out it is not compatible with my Galaxy Note 9. Curious why nobody has posted a review on this? Vitamix replied to me with this comment "We apologize for the difficulty you’re having connecting your Galaxy smartphone to your Vitamix blender. Unfortunately, there is a hardware incompatibility between newer Samsung products and Vitamix Smart Series blenders that prevents the two from connecting. While we continue to look into the issue, we do not have a solution to offer." Seriously...where's my warning before buying! Big let down.
Going through that kabuki mind-dance today. Liking your channel ... new sub. Edit - finally decided on the A3500 for a number of reasons. Yes ... I used your page links when ordering (snicker). Have a good one guys. :)

Ugh so I don’t know. I’d buy the 750 because I trust it more and know it will last for years and years but I’m afraid they’ll stop making it or making accessories for it etc since it’s the older model. Really like the small cups that go with 3500. But afraid it won’t last as long and will have more issues. 🙈
Hey there ! You said the the pro 750 and a3500 with true metal finishes are 40% quieter than the other models. Silly question but ... does the color make a difference in the sound ? 😅 or did you say with metal finishes cause that’s what you had on the counter ? I’ve been hesitating between colors and if there’s a more silent model, I’ll pick that one haha !
Correct -- if you want to make small batches of sauces etc with the small 8 oz cup, you'll need to go with an Ascent Series. Use this purchase link to get free shipping and $20 discount at checkout bit.ly/2sOM2IC

Re the A3500: Vitamix chef Adam said, “You’re never going to have to get a new machine. The evolutions will come through your machine.” What kinds of evolutions/innovations can we expect to see?

Who needs more tech 😅 The components not sure if they'll be necessary.. but the food processor is 😍
I'm proud of this one. I walked home so excited to show Shalva. I hope you like it as much as I do
My Pro 750 stopped spinning and after letting it cooled down, worked for a few minutes then stopped again.
I sold my A3500 and bought the 750 pro. The 3500 just seemed to gadgety to me and I hated the container. Love my 750
What wasn't right for you about the Container?
We all got used to our touch screen phones too 😁✌
@@adorable3817 Nobody keeps their touch screen phone for more than a few years. None of us have the same phone as we did 10 years ago.
As long as it still manually powers up and the touchscreen still works you should still be using it in 20 years. Your phone may not communicate with it due to technology differences. Vitamix Machines are built to last, I have one that's 30 years old.
Waiting on my 750 to be delivered! Can’t wait to get my hands on it!
Darn it... I should have purchased 2 on black Friday
so glad you love it. be sure to notify us of your order lifeisnoyoke.com/notify
So hard lol
@tw e I still love it!!
Ordered my Pro 750 Cyber deal tonight and I couldn't be more excited!
Good luck!
Same here... I don`t like digital display on a blender and touchscreen. So I bought the 750.
Here is other idea. If got the other when you still not happy then get other too. But before that and you have the money then get both then later on you don't used that much give to a family member or friend or someone that wants to buy one at discount. I would do the first 2 option then last one.
Love your videos! Not for sure which vitamix I want, but I have decided I am going to purchase a Vitamix!
I subscribed because you said...if you want lol. Actually i watched a couple videos and yours was super honest and for me helpful for me figuring out which one to buy. Great video.
thanks Charles!
I love it. It was hilarious!
as much as I LOVE the "newest model" of everything, I don't think I'll ever be able to give up my rubber handle and lid. Besides, I got a timer on the microwave. #team750
Good insight. And everyone gets a participation trophy 🏆
Good point. Everyone also has a timer on their cell phone too.
I’m searching for a date. I see a comment that says 4 months. Sale has to be over. Bummer! I’m going to buy one TODAY.
I’ve had Vitamix for years, and I know what works and for me it’s the 750.😢
Just double checking, the A3500 is compatible with the app and NOT the Pro750... Correct?
Via direct connection, that’s correct.
I bought a like new Pro 750.... For $200 cash on marketplace.. Life is good.
Lol
Good analysis, Devon. The A3500's are great.
Here's a link to order one with no wait! lifeisnoyoke.com/out/vitamix/a3500/
I like the modern look and I have the aer and 48oz containers and also the smart scale
So A3500 is for me ^.^
nice setup!
I figure that I will get the a3500 since don't have a you tube channel for review , and I like newer technology equipment that is also hi quality 😊
Same here! So which did you decide to go with?
Pro 750 is 1600 watts while a3500 is 1450watts. So, pro750 is anytime more powerful. The programmable features should be considered on computers and phones not on a blending machine.
You have a point, thanks for mentioning that!
Hi. Which one would you recommend?
No doubt bit.ly/A3500thruLINY
@@LINY We're sorry that page is missing.
I heard a lot of people were getting an error code on the a3500 have you ever ran into that issue
Consumer Reports picks the Pro 750 and the 5200 higher than the A3500. CR also says that the 5200 is quieter than the other two.
5200 is definitely the winner. 750 whips up too much. 5200 results are denser.

A Certified Reconditioned Standard with Programs model when it goes to $229 through us in a few days lifeisnoyoke.com/vitamix-deals
Will this be the 750? Or a lower model? I've seen in some of your videos that the lower end models are much noisier.
Hey Will. The no-program version of the Pro 750 (the 7500) is available Certified Reconditioned for $249.95 bit.ly/2y4NoyL It's a bit quieter than the most loud models but not as quiet as the least (say the A3500 bit.ly/2sOM2IC )

Did this video help any of you decide?
I am too short to see from the top of a clear lid what I can’t already see from the clear container.

Can you use the smaller 8 oz bowl containers on the 750?
you cannot, unfortunately
@@LINY not even with the adapter bowl?
@@LINY why ? If they are exactly same why the smaller bowl cannot bé used on the 750 ?same motor same rotor
Does the 48 oz container sit well (not too wobbly) on the Pro 750 when using the tamper, or not using it? Thank you.
yeah, like the rest of the containers, there's going to be *some* give, but certainly no wobble. the trick to using with a tamper is holding the container at the bottom (not the top as you'd do it intuitively)
Also saw a review stating that uk doesn't get smaller cups as will need in future when me and my partner have children thanks in advance
hopefully soon
I have a question! Is the 32 oz better for making smoothies for one, compared with the 48 oz jar? It would seem so. I am guessing a typical small smoothie is around 16oz. Would it be the same being made in both jars? That would affect my decision, because I see the 3500 does not have a 32 oz. And the 20oz seems to get bad reviews. Thoughts?
Yes 😋
Congratulations! What a little sweetie! Thanks for all the informative vids!
Our pleasure. Thanks for watching

A3500 is 3db quieter. That's was the deciding factor for me.
Is there one that the food Vitamix food processor works with?
Yeah the a3500 😂
Ugh so I don’t know.
