What: big dents at rear top right side, multiple dents like after hail above both right doors, broken right tail light and plastic scratch on the back door

It is their fault but also as a side note Never go to a gas station car wash.
Disney Fan I totally Agree. But for some reason, I'm always tempted to go to one because the Shell Gas Station Washes near were I live mostly have Vintage Systems.
The Car Wash Fanatic Same but with the type I car I drive I have to be careful with carwashes.
the left wrap around brush had incorrect rotation causing it to go right, that would have been because a repair mechanic reversed the hydraulic hoses while working on the equipment.
the wrap around brush on the drivers side has a backwards rotation.This caused both brushes to track to the passengers side. This can only be caused by a repair technician who had worked on the brush installing the 2 hoses to the brush motor backwards and not checking rotation when he was done.

SpinLite is far from the best. SpinLite or Belanger in general will never ever manage to clean a car properly. Peco, PDQ, and Sonny's is where the real business lays at.

Left side Brush is rotating in the wrong direction. Someone replaced a motor or hose and hooked them up backward. This was a human error, not mechanical. issue.
That's why brushless car washes is the only way to go
Unfortunately sometimes my car is so dirty that brushless wash doesn't work and I have to go to this kind of wash again :(
Migz 31U51V3 SOFT TOUCH WASHES DO NOT SCRATCH CARS!!!!!! I absolutely had enough of stupid detailers saying that Soft Touch washes scratch cars. It’s hand washes that scratch cars, not soft touch washes.
Soft touch car washes don't scratch cars unless it uses open cell cloth material for the brushes. This was likely just a malfunction with the machine.

Most people don't realise this but those high pressure blow dryer will actually damage the roof of your car. My Pontiac GTO going through touchless with dryer option distorted the roof! I was pissed and the owner wouldn't do squat about fixing it.

This is why, if you care about your car, go to a real car wash. Not an automatic car wash. I have a "beater car" so I don't care. My new car go to a real car wash.
