Bharatha natyam born before 2000 years ago in tamilnadu and all classical dances evolved from bharatha natyam love from telangana
I believe that it was wayyyy before 2000 years. All music and dance was descended upon the earth by the grace our LORD SHIVA.🙏 🔱🙏
But it originated in Tamil Nadu, though how does that matter? Let's stop being provincial and tribal. All of India must be ONE indivisible
country forever, so that no foreign power can invade and defeat it, ever again! Thank you.
I disagree as I can remember studying that Kathak was the first dance form to originate (Kathak word originates from the word 'Katha' meaning a story, so kathak as a dance from is basically to tell stories and it is even mentioned in mahabharat, and since it's the base, all other Indian dance form flourished from it
(Kathak mostly was performed in temples to show ramayan and mahabharat

When the video started I thought to myself “a little angel dancing yet another classical dance”. Just as I was about to skip the video, the tempo of the dance changed and it pulled me into another world, with moves that enthralled me. If all classical dancers brought this level of creativity to dance, the whole world would fall in love with classical dance. I can’t believe she is only 10 years old… her facial expressions, her flawless execution of the dance steps, her stage presence, her confidence are all evidence of the countless hours she spent practicing. Wow, little one… you are amazingly talented. Congratulations to the mother/teacher as well. God bless you both.

I was also surprised that Pratiti didn't win,l too was sad but l guess they choose the winner from a remote part if India to give others a chance too.

I totally agree with your opinion. It is so sad that this prodigiously marvelous good young dancer doesn't win the award just because she is a pure Indian dancer. The world is indeed envious of our rich cultural heritage and yet a majority of us have scant regards for the same. Very sad!

@@НюрьянаМамедова вы что то понимаете в индийских танцах? Она телом и движениями передавала историю. Читать такие танцы надо дословно, как сурдоперевод. При чем здесь наигранность? Мимика тоже как знак. Вы ещё скажите, что было наигранно высунуть язык в конце. Это образ.
