One very important thing that is missing from the tutorial is where should the Center's eyes be focused when the puck is dropped? On the ice where the puck is going to land, on the opponents stick or at the refs hand that's holding the puck? Look at the hand, and move when the hand moves. Speed and reaction time is just as important as everything else mentioned in the video.
