such a perfect idea for Summer! I love it - and you know using book pages is always a great thing to do - I checked out the book area at a thrift store yesterday, and I got several different finds - some were actually for writing that I will use in journals, but others were text that will be great for this type of project! Thanks for another great, inspiriting video, Cathy! You always brighten my day! edit: mine turned out sooo cute! I went ahead and did the gold on all of this batch, but I might make some without gold next time. I used the flat backed pearls on half the flowers, and some bling on the others - I think they are both equally nice! Also I tried putting 2 leaves on one flower just to change it up. Thumbs up!!

I would think tissue paper would work similarly?
Something that is on the firm side… just try some coffee dyed paper…hopefully it will work out for you. 💐🥰
