Murdering. Killing as a general term is not specifically a crime. (I.e someone doing self defense after being attacked and killing the attacker as a consequence is legal)
In America, if sentenced to the death penalty, you usually get an execution date and you must file your appeals before then. In Japan, they just tell you that day like, "hey, be ready in about an hour."
Still annoys me the fact that a grown kid/man can't handle themselves when a baby is crying but can handle it when they hear loud sirens day in day out. Like you live in a world where you hear annoying sounds everyday how is a baby crying or doing anything, make you freak out? It's just one of the many mysteries to me that annoys me as to why people cry during their hearing despite killing people. It's amazing that they get remorseful for themselves but not to the people they do that to.
3:22 That kid thought because he was a teen, he would get away with murder. Number 10 4:40 Dylan Shumaker "I am a 16 year old blonde, probably all I have to do is cry in front of the jury and they're gonna feel sorry for me"....Who's crying now ? "LOL".
They killed their goddaughter who the mother had entrusted them with. I really don't know what they thought was going to happen. Did they expect to only get 10 years or less...they got the sentence they deserved. They're lucky they didn't get the death penalty.
They didn’t mention with the first story that the guy who killed his girls son had a text conversation with his mom (I believe) and told her he was going to cry at the sentencing because he’d gain sympathy from the jury as a blonde, blue eyed, white male. He felt no remorse, get out of here with them crocodile tears boy.
People accused of crimes should be allowed lawyers to make sure they get a fair trial. A fair trial means that the defense is there to make sure that prosecutors and the judge and the jury follow the law. It doesn't mean that a criminal has a right to have a lawyer lie and cheat and pull every trick in the book to try to help him avoid punishment for a crime. Unfortunately, the justice system in the US has become a game of the prosecutor and the defense attorney. Each one simply wants to win the case. They don't care if they're right or not. Justice has absolutely nothing to do with it. The prosecutor wants the guy convicted and the defense attorney wants the guy to go free...doesn't matter what they did or didn't do.
At these trials the defence effort is to get the lowest charge possible or the charge given is not correct or an over charge. Responsibility for the event is not in debate.
Y'all adorable! But give me death in the courtroom! If I'm getting life or death, I want the ultimate end either way! I ain't spending day, week, month, year, decade in prison! Take me NOW!🤣🤣🤣

My mom has custody of my two young cousins there dad beat molested and gave them both STDs he got probation now works for Amazon that was 3 years ago served no time
@@The_Real_Alpharius yes they get away with it more then people think he only had to register as a sex offender and got 6 years probation and no Amazon don't care about background maybe in your state now he works for price chopper
I am with death penalty they took the live of innocent people and kids and destroyed their families and they know what they did they deserve to go no need to waste food , beds , water on them as simple as that …clean the world..glad we have that in my country (( I care about the victims not the killers whatever their age is ))
Not really. That's the justice system which is very broken and you will be hard pressed to find an American who thinks it's working great. And death penalty you'll find plenty who are against it. I, an American, personally don't think life sentences or death sentences deter crime. Education, social programs, working to eliminate poverty, homelessness, hunger, is much better at crime prevention. That said, sometimes some people need to be removed from society permanently to protect society from them. Serial killers, serial sex offenders, pedophiles (can't be cured and they tend to nearly always reoffend thus endangering children) and similar cases for instance aren't people I think are teaching anyone lessons by putting them away but protecting others.
This is my opinion I feel like the death penalty is not right. My first reason for thinking this. Is one there are ten Commandments in the bible one of them says we should not kill it did not say we should not kill if the person do good or bad it says we should not kill so I'm not saying don't do it but I'm say that you will be just as bad as the person who did the crime because they killed someone and and you killed someone so when you do it repent and that's in love 🥰 😍 ❤ 💖
If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.
Killing kids and then falling out in court crying like you’re surprised……pissing me tf off

You dont need any experience to know not to beat the baby to death...

In China it’s the same day and they charge your family for the bullet
It's actually within 6 months but still
Japan don't play.
Arabs don’t play either
Just remember sharia law is based on bible Old Testament aka
Christians invented it 😂
killing a child should be punished with prison for the rest of their life
Murdering
Pretty sure thats what murder is

A bullet would be the most efficient way of dealing with people who hurt kids

Lawyers on the other end aren’t great either. Plenty of people are wrongfully convicted of crimes. But everyone hates lawyers until you need one
Those two black chicks who fell out killed the one chick's children. I don't feel for nan one of them

Oh that's right! I forgot about that. The sentence was well deserved.
He also told the guards “watch my performance” before going into court
Too late to cry now.
Just ask every convict ever...
If the trial is just. Good riddance...
I love watching y’all reaction you’re my favorite reactors
It all comes down to crime and punishment. They do the crime, they do the time.

I Feel Like Sometimes It Makes No Sense To Give A Person A Death Penalty If There Getting To Live Another 15 To 25 Years After.
I agree
They can’t just die and not still experience the torture in prison. That would be too easy
Some crimes cannot and shouldn't be forgiven. Taking the life of kids and elders, r@p€ and murde₹ are some of the crimes that cannot be forgiven.
I mean the lawyer just tryna do their job. They don’t like it either
On number 3 they didn't tell the full story they determined 20 years was to harsh and gave another court date and gave her 10 or 11 years
The black girl time was change because she had a arrangement with precursor before the sentence and the judge never knew about it

YES ..
locking someone up for 25 years is torture and will not rehabilitate them.. and when they get out, life changed and they will never cope with what changed.
the death penalty is a mercy ..
the punishment for a premeditated murder should be death (by default)
the punishment for a "too hard of a hit that resulted in the death of a person without the intent of murder" should be X amount of years in prison + an X amount of money paid to the family of the deceased by the accused because they lost someone who might have and/or could have helped them through life, and now that person is dead.
the punishment for accidental death "you turned on the light while an electrician was working on wiring and you killed him/her by accident" should be less than the previous one for prison but same amount of money paid as the previous one.
now for the first one .. any (one) member of the family of the deceased has the absolute right to forgive the murderer and let him/her walk from the death penalty.
in the case of a member forgiving the deceased, the situation goes to second one where the murderer goes to prison for x amount of years + monetary payment.
and the monetary payment can also be forgiven or let go by any (one) member of the family of the deceased.
family of the deceased meaning the siblings and parents only .. cousins, uncles and aunts are out of that equation.
why do i believe that this is the right way?
because for all the "anti capital punishment people" they have the chance to go to the family of the deceased and try their best to convince them to forgive..
edit:
it require only one person to forgive.. not all family members. and the person with the right to forgive has to be an adult and sane.

That's a straight up lie, buddy. Amazon backround checks and you don't get probation for assault and molesting minors...

All those people in the courtroom is unnecessary. 3 or 4 family members and that's it.
It's the American Justice system. We have public trials for a reason.
Not all states have the death penalty
well if you do the crime do the time
with Death penatlty. some ppl dp worse and dont get it mainly because not every state has the death penalty
America's logic: destroy individuals to stop crime 😂 From a european perspective its nauseating
