I think you guys are forgetting that the person and if they seem to actually be a nice person is what a lot of us consumers do consider when spending our hard earned money. You guys do get a lot of free merchandise that you get to try all these brands mostly for free, I know sometimes you do buy stuff. Selena and Rihanna have amazing products and I would choose to support their brand before the others that you mentioned. My $$ is my voice.
i think kylie is not as quick to catch up with trends/ the times. she seems kinda stuck in the 2016/2018 era. she was creating the trends then all companies were trying to copy her and so were the influencer girls. hailey is more a 2024 trendsetter and people are copying her more. kylie seem to not know how to be cool and create trends she’s trying follow trends she can’t keep up with and i think she lost touch with her trendsetting self. kylie used to be different and unique and now she’s kinda basic. for years she was definitely without a doubt the internet it girl and now theres a bunch like hailey sabrina madison beer alix earle and so many others. it’s kinda giving peaked in high school head cheerleader vibes. king kylie era was almost a decade ago and she still can’t top it and is constantly posting king kylie is back but she really isn’t

Laura!!! The brow drop (brow ptosis) isn’t caused from “too much” Botox it’s caused from being injected too low! Per the product labeling, it’s supposed to be placed at least 1cm above the bony supraorbital ridge so your injector is likely going too far down/close to brows. Brow ptosis is a known problem when they go too low. You have a small forehead so next time you’re being treated be aware and maybe remind your injector not to place the product too low on your forehead!! (Esthetician here and I also used to work for AbbVie/Allergan lol). So get allllll them units diva but just remind them not to go too far down on your forehead so that your brows don’t drop! 💖

As a working Mom in this economy?!?!? Honey, I have to watch my pennies. I refuse to invest in a brand that has constantly flopped for me (personally). Consumers have truly shifted their attention to quality. The Kylie lip kits were treacherous vampires that sucked every ounce of moisture from my lips & left me with disappointment, a little trauma, & a dermatologist’s appointment.
I think Kylie’s reputation took a big hit back in 2020 when Forbes Magazine first named her a Billionaire & then revoked her status because they discovered she had inflated the truth & “allegedly” lied about the cosmetics company’s revenue. I think Coty is kicking itself for buying the brand as it saw its e-commerce net sales decline from 68.7 million U.S. dollars in 2017 to 36.2 million U.S. dollars in 2022. I just think that the majority of consumers are on budgets and are being more watchful on what they are going to invest in. The only reason the new Kylie Cosmetics stuff is actually good is because Coty is trying to do damage control, as it should.

But honestly, I fell off of Kylie cosmetics because I was tired of every campaign, just being Kylie‘s body and then she’s holding the product. It was never showcasing the actual product. I actually would get surprised when there would be a close-up photo of the product she was using as the campaign

What surprised me the most after digging into Kylie is finding out that whole time I thought Kim and Kylie were competitors and Kim owns a large portion of Kylie and all her sisters brands. They were never really competing that way. She is a major shareholder in all of it.

I think Coty being a billion dollar company that owns soooo many other brands isnt really worried. Specially with the classics and such, they've been around since the early 1900s, they made it and they'll be fine guys lol Kylie is probably chump change and they can have the control to do what they want, which is probably what they wanted. Kylie being who she is with the knowledge and support of her mom and whoever she has next to her, everyone knows what they are doing. They probably aren't as worried as we are for their brand. Something new comes out? Consumerism is an actual thing that America is going through, maybe not just Americans but I mean, all around the world and to those that can spend and dwell in it? The new pandemic in short-term consumerism. Absolutely, we buy more than we need and spend more than we like.

I think the reason why Kylie’s brand are doing not so well like they used to, is because she used to be personal about her brand. That’s what she did! But now she only posts about her brands. The intro is great but stating negative twice right at the start and in emphasis….kinda sets a different tone to the start of the whole podcast and carries the idea that the whole podcast is only based on negativity. Maybe think of rephrasing into something more positive or funny.
