Enjoyed the video. It was informative. I have lived in Coop City since 2006. It is a very cost effective place to live. I think it should be more diverse.

I’m just wondering if the unit is paid in full can you elect a beneficiary or you have to sell the unit back To the co-op at the price you paid

Get the wrong kind of people living there & those tall towers would quickly become living death monuments.
