Skip 3 chain, 4 triple crochet in forth chain
Double crochet increase in next stitch
Single crochet increase in last stitch
Chain 1, slip stitch in second single crochet
Work on other side of chain
Single crochet increase
Double crochet increase
4 triple crochet
Chain 2, slip stick in same stitch
Repeat 😁
With the tassel just wrap string around and then tie the middle and a little down the middle
