At 25:59 wasn’t she in a keep clear how long can you been on them for?

few seconds....So this was at the discretion of the examiner due to the heavy rush hour traffic. If you noticed we were at the junction for quite a while waiting to turn but we never had a safe opportunity, so the only way was to enter and wait in the KEEP CLEAR. The test route actually turns left at that junction then the 1st right. On this occasion, due to a road closure the examiner instructed the student to turn right and gave permission to go in the keep clear after a long wait.
But to answer your question, you're only supposed to stay there a few seconds!
