That very first coin was no FG initials???? Got another new phone Samsung A05 camera is decent haven't really played with it too much yet but I will be!!!! You're absolutely right about the FG's being weak, must have had a hang over that day lol lol lol!!!
@@DWCNC ... It got to the point where I had to wear glasses in the field. Hoped that the mesh face covering would reduce glare for waterfowl or turkey. I think it did.
@@DWCNC ... Don't think so. Just a tint on one pair of trifocals. I could see well enough, but my concern was reflections of my lenses that would spook a duck, goose, or turkey. My range got shorter over the years, which worked well with the range of steel shot. Calling in geese and ducks was more fun than shooting them, for me. Being able to see leg bands was fun, too. Gee, I sure miss the water and woods .
@@silversleuth007 oddly enough, I took my son to a bird sanctuary today. I once was into nature photography, but covid hit & I began coin roll hunting due to quarantine. Now, my son is into photography & asked to go. I missed the fresh air & sounds of the woods.
Congrats, a few nice RPM's/nice looking BU roll and the unknown may be close to the 1mm-024. Your light was a little strong for me, it reflected alot of the field.
@ericsfc1ea.16 yeah, my light is part of my scope. I do have an after-market side by side light, but I need to diffuse it with paper towel or something. I haven't gotten around to just doing it.
@@DWCNC I'm in the same boat, I have a celestron and the LED's are/can be difficult to adjust at times. I use a 75W incandescent bulb on the same plane as the base of the scope. The side lamp w/ the led's at the same time diffuse each other a bit.

I never had thought about searching the 80's for RPM's.
There's actually a few nice examples in the 80's series.
That one cent toward the end was really nice. I'm so used to seeing those blisters on the zinc pennies. Especially under the scope.
Right!? Exactly my thoughts. There were a couple nice examples, but the coin you are referring to was a blazer.
Excellent
Thank you!
You did great, very clean pennies and when you find something, its going to be nice!
I can't wait to find something epic in one of those rolls.
Worth the look. I’m still on my 2005 D Bison rolls of nickels. Going cross eyed!! 🤪
@@letslookbrad Anything good on those?
@@DWCNC nothing…just empty beer cans!
@@letslookbrad 🍻 did you hunt all of them?
@@DWCNC not yet. Slow process
@@letslookbrad Good luck 🤞🏻
Very interesting.
I like how you can see ole Abe in the back of the memorial.
Dang, you have great eyesight.
TY for sharing.
Not sure my eyesight is all that great? I hardly wear my glasses when I hunt. I just hunt so much I notice the slight differences in the coins.

@@silversleuth007 you don't use polarized sunglasses?

Make sure you go back and double check the FG initials for the Flared G variety. I couldn't check them that fast.
@@Indigone_Demon oh, you know I was looking for that the entire time. 😉

Neat RPMs
Thanks. I've never really paid much attention to the 80's, when it comes to cents.
Is that a hit or a die chip on the first 8 at 9:30?
It looked like the ring of death. However, it was a FED wrapped roll & not an ender. Likely damaged.
@DWCNC The rolls of quarters I've bought directly from the mint have the RoD on them too.
