Tbh she's really good, some people wanted her to have even more unga bunga numbers due to Rose being iconic for Rip Space and it's damage, but W Don, Ryu and R Ishmael already fill the ultra nuke damage role so extra utility with still very good damage is far better, especially for newer player that want to make a charge team without having Telepole Don.
She's absolutely made with the new default chain mode in mind (Where you might realistically reach 2 charge potency) but even outside of that she's a pretty solid ID. Unfortunately stuck right before Event -> Heathcliff > Walpurgis
