Anyone else noticing the "History'" for check ins for metrics is wonky? At least on mine. First of all, they are based in UTC time...not my actual time. Second, it shows that updates have been made to all history even if I don't have a check in for that date.

Still watching through this, is there a way to configure a goal for all agents or does each person have to configure it themselves to see their own reaults

Goals can be set by the workspace member, contributor, or admin and accessed/viewed by any other person who is in that workspace. If I understand this question correctly?

@@HavensConsulting what i seem to get if if all people gave a common goal (say the overall sales) it works fine, but if I want that per person sales and then have each person track their own sales then i cannot set it up for all the users from my side but they need to go in and set their own goals for their own personal sum of sales for themselves

@@MrSparkefrostie that would be correct. Any filtering for a goal can't be dynamic based on the user logged in and viewing the goal

@@HavensConsulting cool, will then do an induction for exisiting and new and have them config their own scorecards. Or setup a kpi report with row level security ao it "shows only them". Maybe an idea with row level security, "I can see everyone in my team but no other team," and my manager "can see everyone who reports to the same manager he reports to. Anyway, that will be my project soon

@@MrSparkefrostie Sadly RLS isn't available today for Goals since it's kept in a different dataset. But that feature is announced for enterprise to be coming soon :) powerbi.microsoft.com/en-gb/blog/announcing-enterprise-scorecards-with-hierarchies-and-linked-metrics-in-power-bi-metrics/
