    Have a question - When there is no edge node deployed. How did T1 GW create?

    • @TechUnGlued
      @TechUnGlued  4 месяца назад

      T1 G/W Dies not require an Edge node, unless you have a service on the T1 like VPN.. Have a great day..

    Hi, I really appreciate your detailed explanation and labs. One question, at around 5 minutes, you create segments (Web, App, DB) but where do you assign them to a VM? Did that part get missed out?

    • @TechUnGlued
      @TechUnGlued  Год назад

      Thanks for watching.. I actually don;t do that in this video, since we are focused just on the Routing aspect.. If you want to see how the VM is connected to the Segment, I cover it in the video below..
      Hope this helps and have a great day

    quick question, when you created the VLAN-backed segment Uplink-Segment, you gave it a VLAN 0. Why did you use VLAN 0 ? Is that the same thing as saying the native VLAN for your environment like we would do when we might create the VDS Management interface on a native VLAN 0 ? Thanks.

      Yah. I am in a nested environment, so I am not doing any VLAN tagging.. If this was not a nested environment I would have spun up some VLAN's for these uplink segments..
      Thanks for watching and have a great day. More to come..
