Logan, I actually googled your name from the recent Shutterstock article. Then I was happily met by your channel. Your videos are outstanding, I wish I can meet and learn from you. Big props for shooting everything in BMPCC RAW. You're making me miss shooting on film too 😒
Thanks, Ulysses. Will be uploading more this year, hopefully. Can’t wait to see what you create as well! If we’re ever in the same place at the same time we can shoot some film together.
Why did you stopped doing videos like that?😫absolutely brilliant work! Very inspiring peace of art. We are just about to travel to US. For the first time. And we choose Colorado…
Your video has a more meditative aspect to it which is nicely engaging. We join you in the quiet exploration of getting the 'right' shots while on location with you. This is such a nice respite to the crowd of noisier videos ... please explore more in this direction. (I'm an older ex-photographer, 35 mm projectionist myself)
Nice work mate cracking location the last shot was my pick. Loved porta back in my wedding days now shooting ektar through the Bronica stunning film for landscapes. Anyway new sub for ya happy to support a fellow creator. 📷❤️
Loving the wide video shots man and yes, make what you enjoy making; video, film photography and whatever else comes along, I'll be sure to follow the journey :)
Your video quality is amazing. You are so underrated and deserve more attention! I can tell you spend a lot of time and effort making these videos. Keep it up!
Forgot to ask earlier, but what compression settings are you using to film? I'm shooting RAW at 5:1, sometimes 8:1 (on the BMPCC 4k). Not sure if there's a really big drop off going to 12:1, or if 3:1 is just the way to go.
The cinematography on your videos are amazing. My lord.
Thanks, Ulysses! Big fan of your work.
