I was just over at stuart LOL. Had a meeting with a client and then went fishing over at the fort pierce Jetty after the meeting. Caught the biggest lady fish I've ever seen and a sheepshead.

we went whale watching off Redcliffe whilst visiting our daughter 2 years ago what a great experience ......would so love to catch a nice juicy tuna or spanish or doggie or snapper ...maybe in October when we plan to come out to the sunny coast again .....Cool Kelpie you and your kids better get uber fit ,they can outrun a car mate ! keep them coming Rod

Hey Rod, we call that size mackerel candy here in southern California. Slow troll or live life line cast it at breaking fish. Usually a bite off leaving just the head is the work of the sea lion around here. We also get the humpback whales migration here, awesome sight indeed.
Very cute, and nicely behaved dog. The name Australian Kelpie itself is like matches with your sea going nature. Nice episode with great bait haul and a good catch with some whales smack in the middle of it. We're all going to miss Ray, and really sorry for your loss.
Nice dog ,good choice. You might be surprised how much the kelpie will sleep when he gets a bit older and personaly I would not feed him fish just as a precaution in case he comes across any baited hooks while you are not watching.
That slimey bait is called 'pelaling' here in malaysia, in borneo it is called 'basung'. Yes,it is a very good bait. We often use to catch any kind of fish. Btw,great video. 👍👍👍
Great vids as always Rod. Loosing pets is always tough, new pup seems like he is rdy for fish tho 🤙 You need to get yourself a kill bag for all these big tuna and mackerel you catch! I use a medium one most of the time for my fish on the boat and also have a big one for fish like that.
