As funny as it sounds, it truly does show her skill. And while there is no video here on youtube, I've also once heard Celine playfully sing an operatic Rossini aria's fioritura passage. It blew my mind. Placido Domingo, the famous operatic tenor, once remarked that she has the talent to sing opera if she so chooses. Celine is truly a unique, stand-out vocalist, the likes of which we have never heard before. Your labeling of her as 'legendary' cannot be more appropriate.

I read her biography "my life, my dream" (French translation ) and she talked about this performance. She was put to rest for a few weeks if I remember well. But I mean: she had billions of people watching her live. In other words, most people on the planet? Her body pretty much wanted to shut down to obligate her to rest. The way she described it in her book, it pretty much sounded like a heart attack even though if was probably due to stress, pressure and fatigue. I think she actually fell down to the ground in the back stage right after this performance from being so weak. She's got so much control, it's unreal.
Miss Celine is so underrated by people. She is the best in my opinion and should be on every best singer list put out. I understand that some people don't always like her choice of songs but this voice is undeniable. So proud she is Canadian and a damn nice person. Seen her in person 7 times and can't wait to see her again!
