I would normally agree, but if you've seen the ending to these shows, they just give themselves a big pat on the back. "Look what I did all week, it was so back breaking, I need everybody to look at me and clap!"
You do know this is a fake show, right? How many new employees show up to their first day of work with a camera crew following them around their new workplace..? The show is fake and staged.
@bongfuhrer You are aware that at the beginning of every episode, they say "We're here documenting a reality series about 2 contestants vying for a new business" right? I wouldn't doubt if it were scripted though, but that's literally the disclaimer in every episode.
“The Customer is right even when they are wrong”. My mantra. Doesn’t matter if these are fake or setups they contribute to best practice and outcomes where people can learn…..😀🌎🇦🇺
Ditto. Notice she didn't have a wedding or boyfriend ring on, says a lot about her. I have things to say about her that would probably violate you-tube comment rules, and it was such a pleasure to see her break down, cry and get fired.
Exactly, something most people “should” learn at an early age. I am Facebook friends with 2 guys who my late Dad worked with Police and Firefighters, one of whom saved my Dad when he had a heart attack on the job. Im in my early 60’s and I still call him Mister and Sir. Like you said “respect”
retail some. She seriously was so close to some of my bosses. Others were great. I felt that even here, the expected learning curve of employees is way taken away. I have always been an underdog .that after learning have accelled .believe ceo,s etc. Should learn this. Alott of employees feel threatened and easily team within their niche.
@tonykulikovsky : Did you miss the part about "in matters of taste"? That means customers can order fuchsia and lime green upholstery or have ketchup on their Chicago dog. What is DOESN'T mean is that customers can always get their way in matters of policy, health & safety, etc.
Yeah it was the firm's policy. It always amazes me how big bosses ask for compromise, fairness and treating employees correctly when they ask supervisors to enforce their own policies. If you set a 30min lunch break for everyone (and everyone must restart their job because it is a chain of production), you must enforce it and every minute counts. It seems tyrannical but it is what the CEO asked :)
@DanielMalloy-q4g3nyou would make a pretty pathetic manager. People who feel trusted by their managers are more profitable. I bet you thought the opposite. Case in point.
Being shocked 15 minutes per 1 is illegal. I'd file a lawsuit. Jacqueline should've been fired a LOOOONG time ago. She's NOT a "people" person or a team member.
On #1, the CEO is full of s--. He tells Kevin that Kevin implemented policy wrong yet he doesn’t tell Kevin how it was to be implemented. It wasn’t Kevin’s idea to put in the time clock. The CEO should hold himself accountable not Kevin. Thats bull.
I also wonderee what he meant by there can be a way to handle those situations, lol what other way he cray cray. I 100% agree he created the stressful work enviroment and now making himself out to be a saint.
4:49 I used to work for Retro Fitness here in Pennsylvania- and I quit because of the franchise owner and the so-called manager- and shortly after I quit the whole place went bankrupt thank God I quit when I did. It was a horrible place to work for. Needless to say you didn’t get paid much.
not at all. the customer is the reason your boss has a business but thats not the same as you accepting to be degraded by anyone that wants to buy from the business. crazy culture.
Those tv shows are fake !! The girl in the gym for example what’s going on there ? Cameras are invisible ? Of course not !! She is acting !!! What stupid tv shows don’t you think so ?
I've seen other episodes where they tell the employees that they are filming the guy as he does different jobs for a new television show. Something like that. Regardless Jacqueline should have thought that her boss would see how she was acting. Really it just makes her seem even that much more obnoxious.
When I was a young man, I worked in the Customer Service department for Sears for years, and then at the front desk at a Disney Resort. I always tried to find something about the customers/guests that I liked, and I would try to get them to smile. Yes, a relatively small percentage were nasty and couldn't be satisfied, but most people experienced the companies with the feeling of being treated like a VIP. When they smiled, I felt great.
Apparently, you never have been working with customers. There is no one who wants work with the public, if they do is because they neeed, because is the last option. And if no one wants to do it, there is a reason for it
@Respectfully, if you ever own and operate your own business, You will eat your own words . Yes, I worked “ Retail” . Customer is always right. Customer pays your salary. Go the extra mile. that is what I was always taught in customer service. It's true! Validate the customers voice.
I disagree. Deal with tardiness one a person by person basis. When I was younger, I was regularly late. I’m not a morning person. However, I gave the company 8 hours work for 8 hours pay. If I came in late, I stayed late performing necessary tasks.
@StephenSingleton-om8oe Customer is always right is the reason we have so many entitled smug idiots out n about all the time that act like they have had no home training in their life 😂
There are bad apples everywhere, but one should always treat customers with utmost care and respect first, that’s basic of customer service. Acting entitled, label every customer as bad doesn’t make one different from a rude customer
I worked in a reception, in a Hotel, yes people are stupid, yes people are blind and etc, and some of them u want punch in the face, but if you can't put a smile on ur face, and be kind , then go work on a farm, or something, that job is not for you, you are not forced to work on a job you don't like

I think the employees are told the newbies are part of a show about up and coming business owners. Or something like that. I havent watched it in awhile.
For anybody that’s looking for a job avoid Montana’s barbeque and bar at the Prince George location Shelley the bossThe boss and her son are complete assholes they flat out will not buy PPE for their workers will adjust your time anytime they want to and if you get hurt too bad for you and if they want you going to give you dearly squat for hours my last four months I was scheduled for one day four hour shifts showed up halfway through the supervisor says you can go home you’re not needed I got fed up with that try to talk to the boss about fairness the next two weeks notice at all then fired and no reimbursement for the PPE that I bought protect myself
I remember those days, being born 75 years ago. At three minutes past 8AM I would forfeit an hour back then. If you didn’t want to accept this you were fired.
@S@Sharza-em4bgApparently you know nothing about “Human Nature”and feel the need to inform people of your ignorance through your malignant narcissistic tendencies (There you go, I looked “beyond the facade”)

You are right . Those service vampires just take up time for everyone. I really want more staff would say:leave to them. So others in the line can go on.
Why is Ronnie even working at Boston Market when 95% of his job is dealing with the customers he despises so much?!? He says it's not fair, but he's the A-Hole!!!
I was like Ronnie when I worked in restaurants. I hated dealing with the public. Wrong job for me. I graduated college, got a job in my field and my “hospitality industry” career ended.
Why does everybody just ignore the multiple cameras moving around videoing everything? Surely they must realise that they're part of some kind of set-up situation?? Why do the staff comment on controversial things so easily when they have the camera on them? The whole programme seems totally fake.
To my understanding the video crew is introduced under a false pretext, like for instance, following the new worker who is supposedly part of a reintegration into the workforce project. Be that as it may, i totally agree that it seems far from realistic for any employee to behave like that when they know they're being filmed at their jobs so like pretty much anything else on TV, it wouldn't surprise me if this whole thing is scripted
Jacqueline seems very narcissistic and privileged 😂 Hope she changed for the better after that! Also her boss transformation is crazy! His disguise doesn’t look a thing like him. I know that’s the point but some of them you can totally tell or get hints of what they really look like.
@PearWhisk well excuse me for trusting people a little. I fear you are a little demented. calling people you dont know stupid. That is "stupid". the video may well be fake but Im not living my life by it am I , its 5 mins of mild entertainment.
Was on one of those shows in UK as a potential customer. They didn't let me knowwhat show I was on but I played along with them and criticised their back up service. They kept it all in the show. ISUZU TRUCKS if you wanna check it out.
for jackeline she should have been fired on the spot, not in a private workings after the show ended, the ceo did wrong in this , the shock in person to break cover from the undercover boss should be enough , people like Jackeline get a first hand WAKE UP CALL, NEXT TIME THEY WONT DO IT, ! RONNIE LOST IN THE END , WITH SOCIAL MEDIA HAUNTING HIM?
easy just tell the actors "don't look at the camera" then all is fine and they have a reality show, err I mean an undercover show that no one knows is happening.
"And then she (Jacqueline) opens her mouth and the bats from hell start flying" 😂😂😂
I thought he was going to mind his words. Instead he said that.
What a awful person she is so entitled.I learn people like her are entitled cowards when faced with authority.
I would never hire her. Can you imagine her applying for work after the show and people are like "are you that girl,...." lol
But she’s hot in a crazy way.
@misterg1157What is to be gained from minding your language?
Hats off to these bosses who actually get off their backsides to find out what is really going on in their organizations! 😁😁😁
I would normally agree, but if you've seen the ending to these shows, they just give themselves a big pat on the back.
"Look what I did all week, it was so back breaking, I need everybody to look at me and clap!"

@joenick4346 more like look what i did for a couple of hours! and they didn't do the task well either
“The Customer is right even when they are wrong”. My mantra. Doesn’t matter if these are fake or setups they contribute to best practice and outcomes where people can learn…..😀🌎🇦🇺
I can't stand Jacqueline or anyone like her. She puts out so much arrogance but sure can't handle accountability.
Ditto. Notice she didn't have a wedding or boyfriend ring on, says a lot about her. I have things to say about her that would probably violate you-tube comment rules, and it was such a pleasure to see her break down, cry and get fired.
She ended up working in a adult care facility afterwards with a supposedly changed attitude.
Even getting reprimanded, she was arrogant, then she thought her tears would save her. I hope nobody hired her after this aired!
That’s called being a wop
Sounds like a narcissist.
Treat people with respect period 😮
Yeah but from the 3rd case it seems in America these days a worker can't have his own opinion anymore
Even if they are the Boss! Two way streets….employees are so entitled it’s horrifying
AI will fix this.
Absolutely
Perfect judge of their character, seeing how they act when they think you have no power over them.
You're fired!!!
Bye, Jacklyn! 😅😅😅😅
Jaqualine is a rude piece of crap! She needed to be fired! Nasty 🤮
But she is very nice to look at ;-)
retail some. She seriously was so close to some of my bosses. Others were great. I felt that even here, the expected learning curve of employees is way taken away. I have always been an underdog .that after learning have accelled .believe ceo,s etc. Should learn this. Alott of employees feel threatened and easily team within their niche.
Imagine the Verbal Abuse that goes On In her House...
Powertripping
And put some clothes on
“The customer is always right in matters of taste.” Meaning they can order what they like.
No, the customer is NOT always right, especially if they are wrong
@tonykulikovsky : Did you miss the part about "in matters of taste"? That means customers can order fuchsia and lime green upholstery or have ketchup on their Chicago dog. What is DOESN'T mean is that customers can always get their way in matters of policy, health & safety, etc.
Sure, if they understand they will be charged for each extra whatever they ask for.
I would not hire this unprofessional person. She will have a hard time getting another job.
The girl at the gym knew there were cameras filming her. That's what's most amazing
She is a Karen and Karens don't care.
The first guy who stressed the staff with the 30min lunch clocking should 100% get fired. No idea why they kept such a toxic worker on the job.
It was company policy...
@mintywebbit's company policy that's ok, that's hypocrisy but when they want extra hours without paying it that's not an issue
@DanielMalloy-q4g3nyou would make a pretty pathetic manager.
People who feel trusted by their managers are more profitable.
I bet you thought the opposite. Case in point.
Its not 33 min lunch its 30 min.... 33 turns in to 37 to 42.... nothing wrong with 30 min lunch.
Jaquie The Narcissist - thought she would get by on her looks and BS
No need to be rude too!
She was hilarious, get a grip - bootlicker.
Video: "employees that got FIRED!"
FIRST CLIP: Nobody fired..😑
Do you expect more from a lazy AI narrated channel?
Yes, usual tripe
Being shocked 15 minutes per 1 is illegal. I'd file a lawsuit. Jacqueline should've been fired a LOOOONG time ago. She's NOT a "people" person or a team member.

Completely agree with you. He must have read Machiavelli.
Waste Management; epically horrible company.
Guarantee you the person above Kevin and the person above that one tells Kevins all throughout their locations to be like this ......
I also wonderee what he meant by there can be a way to handle those situations, lol what other way he cray cray. I 100% agree he created the stressful work enviroment and now making himself out to be a saint.

I bet Kevin did get the boot not long after the cameras stopped. The phrase used would be something like "not a good fit culturally."
I’d bet that he was enforcing rule implimented by the company
You aren't very smart are you? None of this is real.
@PearWhiskscripts on scripts
In my experience he'd get praised and maybe get a raise and the people complaining would get fired.
"You are fired !"
" im your boss"
" im fired !"
Who is digging a hole for another....will fall in it by himself
Waste management is one of the most toxic companies ever
Badoom Tish.
You were a terrible employee, probably the laziest person I have EVER employed..😢😢😢
@t@terrybrady392best response ever. 🤣🤣🤣
@terrybrady392 You get hand downs from your parents which is why you fail at everything since you not earn/build nothing yourself.
@terrybrady392 oooh sssnnnaaap!!! 🤭🤣🤣🤣
@terrybrady392the laziest person that's ever lived 😡
The customers us why u have a job wtf😂
not at all. the customer is the reason your boss has a business but thats not the same as you accepting to be degraded by anyone that wants to buy from the business. crazy culture.
Those tv shows are fake !! The girl in the gym for example what’s going on there ? Cameras are invisible ? Of course not !! She is acting !!! What stupid tv shows don’t you think so ?
They always have a story
I was thinking the same thing
You are right it cant be real, cameras or no cameras no one is that horrible and terrible while working at a gym
But it IS entertaining, right?
@Kate-lk6twThe producers picks the people from their stories.
They also check reviews and stuff about the workers.
Reality-tv have never been real.
feels like everyone is
actors
Yeh seems scripted like hells kitchen.
Doesn't make sense how they never realise they're on the show
Do a segment on how many of these businesses have closed! 😂
yea sure, invisble cameraman
With all the camera angles it kinda let's me know that this whole thing is just a tv script
You mean real managers might be suspicious when a camera crew arrives filming a new employee they didn't hire? 🤔
Finally someone with common sense. Yes. It is all "entertainment." Scripted, staged, and fake.
I've seen other episodes where they tell the employees that they are filming the guy as he does different jobs for a new television show. Something like that. Regardless Jacqueline should have thought that her boss would see how she was acting. Really it just makes her seem even that much more obnoxious.
@MagnificentDevil😂
They explain to the employees why there will be a camera filming.
But she has been there for 2 WHOLE YEARS 😂😂😂😂. I’ve worked for 30 years at my career.
Fake, how they not notice all the cameras filming?
The employees are told that the "new employee" is participating in a contest about re-entering the workforce, and it's being filmed for a TV show.
@Glen-m1dI suspect there's an element of scripting, planning and editing. It is TV after all.
More episodes of people who know that cameras are rolling and still do this lol
When I was a young man, I worked in the Customer Service department for Sears for years, and then at the front desk at a Disney Resort. I always tried to find something about the customers/guests that I liked, and I would try to get them to smile. You do not stop the conveyor belt for a pieces of card board. Inefficient policies!
No one that express hatred for customers needs to be working in retail...period...
😂😂😂😂😂
Apparently, you never have been working with customers. There is no one who wants work with the public, if they do is because they neeed, because is the last option. And if no one wants to do it, there is a reason for it
@polareli3124 Lol it’s obviously not for you, and you definitely don’t speak for all of us.
@Respectfully, if you ever own and operate your own business, You will eat your own words . Yes, I worked “ Retail” . The biggest thing is “ Excellent Customer Service “ , if you deliver , it will make your business, if you fail at it , it will break your business. Know your customer, and you will be successful!!!!!!!!
Customer is always right. Customer pays your salary. Go the extra mile. that is what I was always taught in customer service. It's true! Validate the customers voice.
if someone believes these are real situations and think it's not staged, man you are doomed.
err as long as serve customers will respect , thats the job ....you dont have like them .......
whoever is in charge of wigs should get their ass fired...jesus christ riding a bicycle
The first boss just gave his employees an excuse to be late.
No, fairness.
I disagree. Deal with tardiness one a person by person basis. When I was younger, I was regularly late. I’m not a morning person. However, I gave the company 8 hours work for 8 hours pay. If I came in late, I stayed late performing necessary tasks.
@frankedgar6694 Yeah, treat people like adults, if they can't handle that, that's on them.
No, they will still get fired eventually. The point is that micromanaging never works and kills morale.
Jacqueline said if i knew he was the ceo i wouldn't do it😂😂😂
I mean customers aint always right, lets be real
FACTS!!!
The full queue is the customer's is always right about matters of taste
@StephenSingleton-om8oe Customer is always right is the reason we have so many entitled smug idiots out n about all the time that act like they have had no home training in their life 😂
@mikea8945trust bro
There are bad apples everywhere, but one should always treat customers with utmost care and respect first, that’s basic of customer service.
Acting entitled, label every customer as bad doesn’t make one different from a rude customer
The second chick "And what I always do"😂😂😂 right to the boss😂😂
With the 1st layoff in any fiscal year, all executive bonuses must be rendered null and void for that year. Needs to be a law.
Who you are is what you are when no one is looking. Even worse when someone is
Maybe they should hire Al Bundy.
Boston Market kid is hilarious. You know everyone is always pumped when he's on the schedule with them. hahah
2 of these 3 are repeat episodes. and only 1 employee got fired. Won't be watching any more of these...
the camera crew makes everyone an Oscar losing bunch of actors
There was a follow up episode, Ronnie s manager saw the episode and he was fired.
How do they get 2 cameras and such good audio while been undercover?
I worked in a reception, in a Hotel, yes people are stupid, yes people are blind and etc, and some of them u want punch in the face, but if you can't put a smile on ur face, and be kind , then go work on a farm, or something, that job is not for you, you are not forced to work on a job you don't like
As always, just ignore the cameraman. Imagine he is wearing an invisible suit. 😂
So... How do the employees not realize when there's a dozen cameramen roaming around?
I worked for Laing o'Rourke and they were the same dock you 30 minutes for 1 minute late and the same if you clocked out 1 minute early bullying company
Illegal
Any company that employs school girls to drive cranes can't be good.
I was on quite a few of their jobs, unbearable.
Can anyone attest to the rumor that this reality show is almost entirely scripted?
Jaqueline has the wrong name..it must be KAREN😂
The boss goes into the gym when he's sick ! Nice for the members to know.
We all keep track of coming, leaving, breaks etc. No one checks, no one tricks the system and everyone is happy. I love my work and take great pride in my results
Question? How do are the cameras explained always in their faces?
Had to laugh when Jacqueline was confronted about her actions in front of the CEO and her defense was that she wouldn't have acted that way if she had known it was him! Worst defense ever.
The Jacqueline one sounded pretty convincing.
I'm curious. Are the cameras visible? If so how is that explained away during the bosses secret visit.
I think the employees are told the newbies are part of a show about up and coming business owners. Or something like that. I havent watched it in awhile.
Surely nobody falls for the wig on the boss?

Marry Christmas to you and everyone else and a happy new year
Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you too!
Happy New Year🎉
@Edsgames666 • IT'S NOT MARRY, LIKE U GETTING MARRIED. IT'S MERRY CHRISTMAS. GET SPELL CHECK ✔️
Its twins!!
Every place I know of docs you for being late back from lunch
we would get docked 15 minutes for being 1 minute late but also get in trouble for clocking in early.I'm calling AutoNation out!
Never work for a company that wants you to clock in
I remember those days, being born 75 years ago. At three minutes past 8AM I would forfeit an hour back then. If you didn’t want to accept this you were fired.
@kraftypk7283what? Like pretty much all of them
Illegal
Illegal
How did that bikini sports bar wig fool anyone
Maybe the series ought to get some decent wigs rather than the party fancy dress items they use.
You ever see me do that because I don't do that in front of you 😂😂😂 she is evil and a lier
Jaqueline caught my eyes…
until she opened her mouth
Darn shame…
And that's how she always gets away with everything in life.
Shallow answer Mike and typical of people these days-failing to look beyond the facade!!!
@S@Sharza-em4bgApparently you know nothing about “Human Nature”and feel the need to inform people of your ignorance through your malignant narcissistic
tendencies
(There you go, I looked “beyond the facade”)
How are they getting all these different camera angles with these people? Seems like it’s all staged. Just saying.
45 years we had the same rules
This is BS video!! how is this "undercover" while the cameras are all over the place???
Are those cameramen invisible?
If you hate customers why do you work retails?
Some people don't have a choice...
Ummm, isn’t it a dead giveaway that something’s up with a new employee coming in with a camera crew 😂
First guy wasn't even fired ai slop
Gotta love how she turns on the crocodile tears when she's cornered..
I loved Boston market!! I wish they didn't close!
I and my kids were such faithful customers!
loved the food.
I've only tried them once that I remember possibly twice and loved it that would be nice if they come back as well
Undercover with a TV camera floating around? Okay ...
Just 30 mins for lunch? A one hour break is normal in Europe. You can take just 30 mins if you want, but flexibility extends to 2 hours in office jobs.
No its not.
In Finland we have 30min lunchbreak and it depends on your contract if you are or are not getting paid while on the break.
But the United States is not Europe.
Tears don't erase your bad behaviour.
I spent 25+ years in customer service and it IS a myth that customers are always right. Not all customers are bad, there are very good ones. It's the Karens and Kevins that suck. You are right . Those service vampires just take up time for everyone. I really want more staff would say:leave to them. So others in the line can go on.
The original wording of that phrase was "in matters of taste, the customer is always right".
It’s ironic that employees think nothing about stealing time, but they don’t want to loose 5 seconds of their time.
Hate customers, thats funny...
hehe. Yeah imagine being the SERVICE industry and not understanding the point of customer service.
@geometricart7851 Funny right 😂
His policy? The owners policy.
I remember this tv show long time ago. 9 any more I watch everyday week
I get 30 minutes of breaktime. And americans have 45? Or more? HOW?!😭
not usually. But us low paid get fired for missing 3 days per year
Sent home for the day???? He hates customers and should’ve been immediately sacked.
Why does everybody just ignore the multiple cameras moving around videoing everything? Surely they must realise that they're part of some kind of set-up situation?? Why do the staff comment on controversial things so easily when they have the camera on them? The whole programme seems totally fake.

Just like Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares. Scripted as fuck😂
I loved this show! Teaches you alot about morals/business/ppl! They need to bring it back!!
Jacqueline seems very narcissistic and privileged 😂 Hope she changed for the better after that! Also her boss transformation is crazy! His disguise doesn’t look a thing like him. I know that’s the point but some of them you can totally tell or get hints of what they really look like.
Putting a total newbie on a fast line of paper and cardboard? Guaranteed to fail.
The stupid is strong in these people.
entry level my friend. It's like a revolving door of such...
The stupid is in you if you think this isn't scripted and acted.
@PearWhisk well excuse me for trusting people a little. I fear you are a little demented. calling people you dont know stupid. That is "stupid". the video may well be fake but Im not living my life by it am I , its 5 mins of mild entertainment.
@PearWhisk p.s if u are American by default I am smarter no matter where I'm from.
@nondescriptive So if you think 1+1= 13 it makes you a genius as long as I don't know you? What kind of braindead take is that?
Such people poison every workplace with their intrigues and malice.
These shows are fake.
Was on one of those shows in UK as a potential customer. They didn't let me knowwhat show I was on but I played along with them and criticised their back up service. They kept it all in the show. ISUZU TRUCKS if you wanna check it out.
This is why HR that looks out for the employee is so important a HR that does otherwise is useless
for jackeline she should have been fired on the spot, not in a private workings after the show ended, the ceo did wrong in this , the shock in person to break cover from the undercover boss should be enough , people like Jackeline get a first hand WAKE UP CALL, NEXT TIME THEY WONT DO IT, ! RONNIE LOST IN THE END , WITH SOCIAL MEDIA HAUNTING HIM?
Calm down and fix your caps lock. Your comment is immediately is dismissed when you can't control yourself.
She’s right the customer is your bread and butter. They bring your paycheck. You cannot treat them rudely or disrespect them.
How do you go undercover with a camera? 😅
With a cover story of being in a TV show
easy just tell the actors "don't look at the camera" then all is fine and they have a reality show, err I mean an undercover show that no one knows is happening.
With so many cameras around, they must be actors.
How can you be undercover when camers are all around you filming?
They tell the employees they are filming a documentary about the company, or about the new employee etc.
