I believe the song is about Ky and Dizzy from Testament's perspective. Like Testament is "singing" about their relationship from his point of view and at the end he says "He believes we're one of a chain" which is the only time he includes himself in the song, showing that maybe they all accept one another ... or something like that.
@@GriFFonRec4 Nah, he and she are both Testament in the song. They're non-binary and ""In fact, they've transcended human existence." according to the creator. I think the song is about Testament considering their place in the world. "He believes we're one of a chain" is about the Gears and how Testament thinks they're still part of the evolution and nature, the chain of all living creatures. "Naturally, like a weed, as a matter of course" is about being accepted as part of the world so completely that nobody would even stop to think about them, like a weed on the side of the road is just a totally natural part of the backdrop of everyday life.

Man, I think one of the comments from the original video was right about the "she" being represented by Dizzy. If you look and think about the lyrics some more, it seems to be reflecting the meeting of Testament and Dizzy, and what they mean to each other in growing from the roles they were made for, while growing as themeselves.
"Oh She Flies through the foul darkness" represents Dizzy, Their "Sister", flying through the Dark, The Dark represent Gear's desire to kill humanity. "Bathing on the gentle light" represent the fact that Dizzy doesn't want to kill humanity.

To not take their own life as for the sake of another but as just their own, "as a matter of course".
