Planetary gear is used to reduce rpm and increase torque. You skipped most interesting part which is taking apart hammering mechanism. There are two labyrinths on the powered axis, which moves the hammer through two balls up and also spins the hammer.
Hi I have a problem with a tire changer inpatto, I disassembled it to grease it I reassembled the whole thing as in the video but now when I accelerate it stops me constantly, it changes the torque I set and then comes back, it could tell me what it is this problem?
well at least i know what to expect,my impact you can put a socket on it and you can hold it from spinning,i only held it for a moment, because it was strong as an ox and could take tire bolts off the car.now it won't.
Have ever thought about increasing the the torque of this wrench ? it does on really open the bolts in my car, so I cannot really commend it without modifications.
@@icku Have you had a hands on with the chinese makita or KraftWorld (I think they are the same just different branding) as they come with brushless motors for the same price. Do you think they can be better ?
Focus is on gear/impact mechanism, not on DC motor. Is this motor brushless? When I bought the tool I was expecting it would undo wheel bolts as advertised. However it could not and one still needs hand wrench to start and complete wheel removal/refit. If I could hold the socket still, by hand grip while impact wrench is operating at max torque it just does not feel strong enough for the job. Back to the shop for refund!
This is a video with thumbnail presentation so you can seek through easily. This great video covers almost everything there is to know about a hammer and anvil mechanism, if you know something already, just skip through like I did
Awesome video, very thoroughly explained. Thanks
Please explain the important function of the two balls and their groove in the shaft
Hello, can the tightening torque be adjusted by compressing the resource more?

Cos he's a moron
Is the motor is same like in drill, impact driver or grinder?

Very Nice video 😀
Frumos explicat !
Hi, Happy new year. Mine smell like something burning from inside. Any tips? Thanks.

Good video.

yes, I agree, it will not undo wheel bolts even on max torque of 400 nM. Normally I tighten them using manual wrench, by hand. Toy tool this one.
Starts at 2:40
Is the motor brushless or not ?
Brushed motor.

To extend life you need to smear grease inside

I watched this on 2x, and still kept wishing he'd HURRY UP and GET TO THE POINT.
Reminds me of a few teachers I had back in high school.🙄
