I find really interesting all this respect society rules Korea has. Here were we live, elders are for example: Your parents, your teachers, your friend's parents, your grandparents...I'm 19, in here I can be friends with someone who is 25 years old and there is no problem really, although you know who your elders are and you respect them, is not strict. But to be honest, I wish these complex rules would apply over here as well XD

@silvercash401 I think in EVERY culture, you are not allowed to talk back to your elders. It's just not Korea and Japan. But in the western world, you are encourage to be independent. I think, Korea and Japan are just image-conscious. I dont believe that none of youngsters has EVER talk back to their elders at one point in time. It's just not shown on tv. If we're talking values here, Japan is number one in the world for porn right now. =) Im Asian too but live in the UK. Peace!!!
