I’ve just started watching disc golf… this is the first 4 round event I’ve watched, and I can say… I have THOROUGHLY enjoyed watching this! Interesting on so many levels.
Short forehand on hole 5 is exactly the same shot I play when it's a death putt from circle 2 ish. I find (and you can see same in this vid) that my short forehands leave my hand pointed straight at the basket but fly way more nose up, so they float up to the pin and drop. Rarely go long enough to matter.

Not every hole needs to be super birdieable They could maybe move the basket 10-20 ft closer to make for more c2 looks but other then that i think its fine as is personally
Bradley’s putt on 5 still gets me. Windy, puts it on Hyzer toward the water with no touch and basically just gives Kyle a stroke. Weird for a vet and a player with that much knowledge of angles to do that. Cost him in the end. 🤦🏻♂️
I disagree with your comments about Hole 3 being too difficult. I don't like always like watching birdie fests. A couple of Birdie holes per 18 makes for more exciting viewing. It's a great challenge for the best in the world.
I'm so insane I might wait til next Thursday to start watching the championship tourney just because disc golf is part of weekend schedule...spoiler shielded

I don't think hole 3 is an issue. The hero birdie is there. The top card here had opportunities for it too.
Hole 3 is perfect, not all holes are meant to be easy.
I second this. A dozen birdies on a tournament is clearly a very challenging hole. Pros are allowed to bogey too.

Just go back to old #3 and old #4, get rid of new hole 4, and all is well. Plays truer to the USDGC anyway, where risk/reward is a big factor.
