When does 'Arnold's Promise leaf out? I planted one in the fall,. I wasn't concerned when it barely flowered but now it's Aril 23 and it hasn't leafed out. Can't find info anywhere on the web. (I'm in CT, z 6)

They are starting to lead out now, in the end of April for southern New England
