The new lore to left behind soldier,to the pan look into his history and the goddess. The dlc was not like the awaken king but yasha is the most vist area but the new spin of it was fun
Like other said, the soldier lore, but also the forgotten kingdom as a whole, seeing what happened to the other group of Pan that were separate from Jinas and her folk was really cool after reading the books in Yaesha along with the Laemir's account of what happened. Lydusa too actually, pretty rock lady who had a tragic love story was really touching.
Also which ever kill method you chose for Lydusa (Goddess Rest or fight her), go back to her original position (Bloodless Throne room) afterwards to pick up a ring from the back. Its a guaranteed spawn always.
11:40 little tip for this if you don’t see the moon puzzle key before the room like we did, if you have a handler you can use the dog to map the room for you as he will avoid the falling tiles

13:30 Just an FYI, you can skip the first part of the buzz saw puzzle. As you are climbing down, there are 2 ladders, if you jump off where the 2nd ladder is you will jump over the pressure plate that activates the saws. Also FYI, the secret in the last room of the buzz saw puzzle isn't a coop secret. You can easily make it to that door in time.
Had issues in the sand room. Grabbed armor left, Lydusa'd, looked up secrets I missed, went back and the sand wasn't working. Figured there was an ingame trigger at the armor. Stood on the sand and looked up sand room issues and heard myself falling as I got to the comments confirming the 'go to armor, then to sand drop'. So here's a lovely little comment if anyone else gets this problem later.😊
Goddess Rest, there is a hidden room under the bell tower elevator that you take to the top to get a chest. The code for the puzzle is on the elevator pillar. Step on the elevator and then back off. As the elevator rises, each symbol to solve the puzzle will scroll up on the pillar.
In one of the DLC maps I found a book with musical notes. one to do alone and another cooperatively, the combination of the shadow puzzle also appears.
You need to do it in your own game (host only, the same as Mead Shake) and follow next requested method of items and boss kill to give to him, over and over until it's ready to get the Egg Drink.
Heres another tip for you when you go through and meet lydusa. Make sure you are wearing the Lodestone Crown. You will get extra dialogue on some more lore that could be usefully
The Proving Grounds corpse is actually Pvt. Ryan’s previous death. It’s not seen in gameplay but in cannon you age a year every death and your previous body remains. You are now a back up.
13:53 for people that aren't aware you can use Plainswalker explorer class skill to quickly get into that room if you doing it solo with shilded heart. No offense to anyone just wanted to help.
I have been using what I call my status/element god build it’s a invoker/Ritulist build using the invokers 1st skill which is incredibly powerful especially the lightning blast and also using the ritulists 2nd skill miasma this build also uses the sparksfire shotgun with the abrasive shot mod and steering wounds mutator, my melee is the worlds edge with tainted blade mutator, and my secondary is the anguish with the fetid wounds mutator, my rings are probability cord, Zainas malice, burden of the destroyer and the offering stone my amulet is brewmasters cork which allows me to have 3 concoctions which are tranquillity font for reduced reticle (more on that later), bark extract and meat shake, my relic is void heart with mythic ranged damage, mythic weakspot damage and mythic reticle spread having that and tranquility font allows my sparks fire reticle to become much tighter witch allows me to basically snipe and all bullets to hit the target doing massive damage lol (I use it with spore bloom with slayer mutator and it’s nasty), my traits are max fortify, max vigor, max endurance, max expertise, max spirit, max bark skin, max untouchable, max handling (for tighter spread) and finally max ammo reserves. All in all this makes for a power and fun status/element build and with my wife running a healing support build and my son running a fps build it makes for a nasty combo. I’m sure some people will hate my build but that’s okay I enjoy it
The new items make all the nerfs okay. A necklace which gives infinite ammo and 15% range bonus with literally no catch. A ring that doubles heavy weapon recharge rate and allows recharging while you hold it. A ring that lets you regenerate 20% of mod power while a mod is active. It's amazing!
Clawbone is significantly less threatening this time around compared to the last time we saw him. Going from giant root dragon to a rinky dink statue is quite the downgrade.
Definitely curious if its some apocalypse only rewards because most youtubers are playing on easy or normal just to fly through the game and be first to talk about the dlc
You can get the "Dark see armada crest" with no cooperation. After finishing the Dungeon all traps are turned off. The last room in the saw blades part opens also the hidden door not only the door to the lever. If you turn right before running through the door to the lever you can get inside the hidden room. i still dont understand why this has "mixed reviews" on steam, its a perfect dlc with perfect puzzles and cool new engaging levels.... some people can never be pleased. I hope they add N'erud DLC next. Maybe they are bots sabotaging a gem of a game :( :( oh well
Not sure. I see arguments about length and lore, but I don't understand those arguments. On the length side, if I only run the main story, I can beat it on 30 minutes or less, but I have to skip a lot of content to do that. Content that is added to the entire game. Yasha specifically gets a boost, but every world got more content. On the lore side, we get the missing goddess, the rival tribe of pan, and some history of Ford. These were threads in the base game and in Remnant 1. Maybe it is over exposer to Yasha? Proving Grounds hate? Seeing I sunk almost 20 hours in the expansion alone, 10 USD seem fair.
@@gmradio2436 Most people don't want to accept that Remnants puts an emphasis on exploration and multiple playthroughs. Everyone seems to only want to play a game to finish it, not to have fun. I personally love Remnants because I enjoy the gameplay and finding little hidden trinkets. Also helps the higher difficulties are challenging, so I get my competitive itch scratched too.

i got the "Dark Sea Armada Crest" Ring 13:53 solo. If you are fast enough after the pressure Plate in the second trap room and Go this way (i did it after the saws are inactive). the door will be Open. It closes at the same time Like the Passage you want to Go to the next Section.
6:20 a neat little secret is that, as soon as you return to Ward 13 after getting the Profane Heart, you can find a little patch of living Root growing through the wall of the garden.
@@Z0RUK Sadly not. The Keeper moves to Root Earth after you reach the final zone then disappears completely if you beat the final boss. So if you want the purified Soul Stone or the Profane Heart, you need to reroll a campaign and clear the first world and beat the Labyrinth Guardian
This DLC for me was mediocre it felt too short" The Awakened King felt like it had way more to explore and earn/do, I did enjoy the bosses and new enemy types and the weapons are actually really dope but idk something left me feeling like something was missing.
Number of frad end maps maybe? Lowsom 3 had more through maps. Or maybe it is how tanky the enemies are? The Dran mutants seem to have twice the health.

You din't actually need to be co-op for the Dark Sea Armada ring, you can just rush it and beat the door to closing.

I got the amulet from nerud randomly trying to get the leech trait, it gives you infinite reserves and 15% ranged dmg increase, kinda nuts

There's a trick with the moon puzzle just shoot the floors and see if it lands on that floor ur shooting at

I tried reacquiring the Red prince shroud but when I saw the prince in the OTK throne room, he was no longer rewarding me with the armor set.
This will be fix in the next patch, however, not sure if this will impact permanently on player save file. If player already got the bug.
