If I’m going to be in Sanremo, I will absolutely visit the mall. Would it be a waste of time and money to also go to Serravalle on our way to Milan?
Depending which brands you want to see. If these are the brands you have in both malls, I think you can just go to Sanremo :)

Hi! They accept cash but I think there should be some limits for cash payment like everywhere
