I'm so glad you are feeling ready and confident to make a change!! You've inspired me, I need to sit down and think about my goals and possibly rework them a bit.
Totally understand the feeling of these slumps and might try to join you with some of these things. I've also gained a significant amount of weight especially since getting Covid last year and getting asthma. It really decreased the amount of physical activity I could do and since I work remotely it made things even more limited. These goals are awesome especially the RUclips goals. But remember to take care of yourself and not push yourself too hard with trying to get 3 videos up every week. ❤
@@goodmornindreamer I’m glad the video inspired you to potentially take action on some of your goals too! And absolutely on finding balance with the goals. I have a tendency to go all in, so I’m going to try to prioritize rest and off days as well!
