Would’ve loved some numbers, sq footage, price points, including comps for the area as you drove through the neighborhoods as well as some price points for the average prices for retail outlets and dining.

@@petejames1326 Preston Hills has beautiful homes. However, if I had to choose I'd choose Beverly Hills due to the weather and ocean.
