By far these are great with Darren talking about the old times. You should do legend podcast with the old CrossFit game athletes , love the stories. Keep it up
Its funny watching people get reminded that Rich was the fittest man on the planet at one point (still may be debatable), "you did 100 C/J at 225 in 10 minutes?!"
During the off season Luke Parker, Gui, Paige, Roman, etc. need to be regulars on the podcast with Rich. BTS of training and what it’s like to train at Mayhem.
Love hearing all the old workouts. I’m still emotionally scarred from the “What’s Rich Doing” workouts from 2018-2019 when everything was 3 sets of 3rounds with 5 min rest between sets. You’d finish the first 3 rounds and have no idea how you could do it two more times 😂
At the 54min mark in regards to backfilling for STRENGTH OF FIELD for semifinals to Games qualification spots. What if they used Quarterfinals test scores. They are equal amongst all competitors per division and we have video evidence to review. Just a thought.
So before I watch this video I was checking stats for Crossfit Men. Just wanted to give you my top 5 GOATs for men. Obviously you need longevity too so Roman, Justin, and Adler don't quite qualify for. #1 GOAT Rich Froning (12 time games athlete, 10 time 1st place, 2 time 2nd). Won individual 4 times which is great, but taking 6 mostly different teams to 1st place is amazing to me. #2 Matt Fraser (7 time games athlete, 5 time 1st place, 2 time 2nd place) #3 Patt Velner #4 Brent Fikowski #5 BKG
Everybody thought Rich was going to crush that ring muscle up workout. We were all talking about who might get 2nd because 1st was a lock. You let us down Rich.
Only thing I wish these guys would get is headphones. I love hearing the stories but everyone’s talking over each other because the boys are just hanging out. Love this podcast though.
So funny! I love when Darren joins the podcast😂
We need to get him on more

CrossFit has a box jump video here on RUclips that promotes the rebound as being more efficient.

an authentic glimpse into our daily conversations. They're impossible to follow
How about Fraser as a quest? Would enjoy hearing the stories of the perspective of the games as told by two greats.
