The only untruth is that half a lb of pasta serves 4 people. Perhaps 2 with other courses unless they eat like birds. If thats my supper just the pasta than 8oz is enough for me. Looks great Maryann.

I don’t understand is how are you saving eight people with a pound of pasta I would say 4 to 6 ounces per person maybe I’m wrong😊
