Honestly, most are just immature fans who try to justify their rudeness. Like the comment above stated, yes Bom was the original featuring artist, but that doesn't grant people any right to totally disregard IU in HER performance and just blatantly state that "Bom is better." Which honestly, vocal wise...she isn't. Anyone with even an inkling of musical knowledge would know that.
I didn't call everyone immature, just that most of the fans simply state that Bom is better or what not, and that isn't exactly a compare and comparison when most of the people here are 2ne1 fans. When it is IU's performance, most might say the usual IU did ok or good but their Bom cannot be "replaced" since the fans state that they felt Bom was replaced in this performance, which is of course not just because she's in her "fucking dungeon" and the fact that was obviously a statement made in exaggeration due to the bad rep she currently has, IU was obviously the best choice since she was actually performing. And that was the point I made. Fans are stretching that Bom could've obviously performed here instead of IU, but I was trying to point out that it wasn't likely. Some fans may not have come with ill intentions, but the blatant comments written in such a way does make them sound immature. I could have used a different word but the "Bom is simply the best. Her voice is powerful. Etc.." makes those who have supported IU in her performance naturally react. But I do not want to stretch this further for a performance so I would appreciate it if we didn't converse further and simply hold different opinions. Good day :)

I really do love Bom and understand how is everyone missing her, but can you please respect that is IU singing this? And she is really doing a good work. And there are people even saying that IU's voice is weak. It may be weak for that song IN YOUR OPINION, cause for me did sound really good!
She's so good and so pretty. It is a widely accepted opinion that IU is one of if not the best singer/artist of that age group in Korea. There is no match against IU at the moment in terms of popularity AND musical talent. Too bad she's not in some girl group so she's not as popular elsewhere.
If she was in a girl group, her talent would be wasted. She would be some sort of dancing machine and her voice would not be shown properly. Wendy of Red Velvet has the strongest most soulful voice I've ever heard. But Red Velvet sings in a high and cute pitch which doesn't display her voice correctly. I wouldn't have IU any other way. :)
확실히 박명수가 감각이 있어. 시청자들이 어떤 노래들을 좋아하는지를 알고 있음. 원래 곡은 이게 아니었는데 박명수가 고집부려서 지디가 다시 새로 만들었었지. 그 방향을 제시한 박명수가 대단하고, 그걸 또 반영한 지디도 대단함. 단지 박명수의 단점은 EDM에 국한된 장르라는게 아쉬울뿐 ㅋ
저 당시가 너무 그립다. 무한 가요제 할 때 일주일 기다려서 봤던 본방 사수했던 것도 그립고 사람들 저렇게 모여서 신나게 노는것도 저 땐 당연했는데 지금은 너무 그립고 지디 저렇게 공연하는 것도 지디랑 아이유 같이 공연할 수 있는 것도 무도니까 가능 했던거고 저 때 가요제 장소 정해지고 한다고 해서 진짜 연차쓰고 갈까 고민했던 그 순간들도 그립고 다 그립당 ㅠ

That aside, you can't deny how EXTREMELY GOOD GD & IU look together. I've always noticed how they have similar features (like a nice jawline and quite a tiny nose). She's so good and so pretty. It is a widely accepted opinion that IU is one of if not the best singer/artist of that age group in Korea. There is no match against IU at the moment in terms of popularity AND musical talent. Too bad she's not in some girl group so she's not as popular elsewhere.
If she was in a girl group, her talent would be wasted. She would be some sort of dancing machine and her voice would not be shown properly. Wendy of Red Velvet has the strongest most soulful voice I've ever heard. But Red Velvet sings in a high and cute pitch which doesn't display her voice correctly. I wouldn't have IU any other way. :)
