@Lutz Adam --- My 4 grandsons in Central Texas made the drive just yesterday, heading up to our New Mexico ranch for the family's Thanksgiving feast. Your rendition of "Amarillo by Morning" brought a happy tear to my eye. Thank you, good sir, and my very best wishes for you in the competition!!!
@@SagebrushRambles Not at all, J T. Fredericksburg, for example, is the center of a sizeable German-settled community and the boyhood home of the late Admiral Nimitz --- right here in the heart of Texas. German is commonly heard on the streets, and certainly amongst the area's fine farmers and cattle ranchers. And, bei Gott, mixed accents notwithstanding, they are each and every one a staunch Texan. AMARILLO by MORNING...!!
People faking American accents when they sing is just wrong..especially faking an accent as distinctive as a Texan accent. Sing songs in your own voices people. :)
@@SagebrushRambles Why? So an actor doing an accent is also wrong? It makes no sense. Besides it's only wrong if the accent is distinctive? Based on what?
Funny thing that the cowboys actually came from the mexicans when they where taking care of the cattle and the white people used to call them the cow boys you guys may think is a texas herritage but really is a Mexican herritage adopted by white people
@Steven Arnold nope they did not because if you did not know charros are the real cowboys spaniars are call toreros which is when the release a bull in a small rodeo and the torero needs to cut of the bulls ears and tail cowboys originated in mexico have you ever heard of any spaniard tradition where they ride bulls to see who last the longest on top of it? 😂😂😂😂 have you ever heard of spaniard charreadas never right but instead the rodeo is the american version of a charreada but does not compare to it find out where the word rodeo came from also 😂😂😂

I agree that Mongolia's Enkh Erdene has a wonderful voice and also allow that Thailand's โจ (aka Joe) gave a delightful audition with his "Sweet Home Alabama." The late Lutz Adam, however, performed with genuine heart, a gift few can match.
I was looking a comment from another Texan (I wasn't born there, but raised from childhood and went to college.) The problem isn't the singing to me so much as the lyrics. It's not, "Everything WHAT I've got it..." It's "Everything THAT I've got...
Speaking for our 6 generations of Texas cattle ranchers (we still hold a smaller ranch in Burleson County, our ownership predating Texas's statehood), I truly appreciate how Mr. Adam spent so much of his life actively supporting our music. Now he is gone, but as a Texan, I and mine will never forget Lutz Adam. R.I.P.
Nah you can tell most of the comments are coming from other countries,no offense to anyone but I don't know why the judges are so amazed, I sound better than this guy and I'm not a singer,I watched the video and I'm like no way would Blake Shelton have turned around for this dude, props to the man for living his dream, but no way this guy would have even gotten into auditions on the American Voice
@@dustinpomeroy8817 I somehow doubt you have the natural depth of tone nor vocal skills to match your boast, sir. That aside, a lot of us stopped watching "The Voice" USA after the producers supported Levine's throwing DeAndre Nico (of Port Arthur, Texas) under the bus. A native Texan herself, Ms. Clarkson stood up for Nico --- as I stand in support of the late, lamented Lutz Adam's evocative performance.
The voice senior is the best , because they know old songs and they feel it.
He has a golden voice for country singing
R.I.P. dear friend... now you sing in heaven 😔😌💐🙏💖
When did he pass away?
He passed by the 2. January

So you had no issues with him singing in a fake Texan accent? Wouldn't it have been better to hear the song in his normal singing voice? Just curious.
