This is so true, I am stressed and likely suffering depression, but still asking for any sort of "help" is just something I won't do.... Culture has become unhealthy.
Also seeing a therapist usually costs at least $150 an hour and your plan covers up to $300 so… def not an easy one. It’s actually MUCH easier now in some cultures to speak about mental health. Thankfully it improved a lot in the past 30 years.

Her physical transformation is one of the biggest of your vids, specially the tension held in her hands. She started her "relaxed" stage with almost clenched fists, so much tension. But she ends with fingers dangling around like streamers in the breeze.
I hope you do many more such videos in nature. Terrific to hear the bird sounds and see the lush green vegetation. So much better than videos on streets...
The various greens of nature, the natural sunlight streaming in between leaves, and even the natural browns of the fallen leaves were all very relaxing.
No disrespect to the brother who plays the instrument but been praying for one of these where he isn't present cause that sound doesn't help me go to sleep at all. lol
You either like him or don't, and it seems split amongst the viewers. I personally like it, helps me relax and fall asleep. The only thing that interrupts that peace is Taos loud bell outro. Its too high pitched and shatters the calm effect in my opinion.
