    congratulations for the great video
I have a question about this topic if you don't mind
what should the project manager to do if one of the team has found an issue and he solved it without doing the processes of change control?
and what if the issue arises for the second time?
what should the project manager do to solve this situation?
    thanks in advance

Thanks for the good words 🙂
Your question is a classic example of how real life Project Management differs from 'Ideal World Project Management'. Ideally as a Project Manager, you should lay the ground rules at project kickoff and make the team aware about the Change Management Plan and the Change Management Processes that will be followed as part of the project. Every single change, no matter howsoever small, should go through the Change Management cycle. Those who do not follow change management even after being told to do so need to be questioned and can even be penalized/escalated. Here's our playlist on Change Management - goo.gl/zBoQhx

@@pmclounge Doing changes outside the change control system is very risky cause it could effects on the project objectives (Scope , schedule , Quality and Cost)
