No, because rito refuse to understand and acknowledge the problem. They see winrate below 50% and they are like: "looks fine". They don't understand that champ is so OP it attracts the worst players, those without hands or brains hoping that they can finally win, spoilers they don't, and without those player this r*tarded champ would sit on 55% winrate.
Well the casuals complaints that nerf and buff don't have to do with competitive, so riot never touched ksante because he actually bad in solo q@@maxmach4361

Can someone explain to me why Caps in LEC is a Monster, but in International he weaker and far behind from his team, easily to die and do some weird stuffs.
Easy : because Caps gameplay is to go for oulays and skill-checks. Versus weaker mechanically opponents he looks like a god. If the opponents succeeds the skill-check then Caps is just in an inting position. And most Asian mids seem to have hands...
