    Some great efficient and safe tree felling. They certainly know what they are doing. Probably much more reasurring for them to know that you and the family are away from the area the whole time, at least you had a grandstand view from the living room. Doesn't look like Gizmo was too much of a risk escaping the yard, happy chilling.

      Haha yeh he’s either asleep or he’s patrolling the fence haha! Make sense that we had to be out of the way I guess with all the health and safety!

    I’d be fencing that whole area off and have a couple of sheep.. plus the treehouse and zip line etc. That’s the Waikato born and raised farm girl coming out in me 😂

      Haha true! That’s not terrible idea actually 😂 we have a council gully on our boundary that we are contemplating putting a couple of sheep in because the council don’t mow it haha

    Good job on the trees. What happens with the stumps? Also wondered how things went with the house repair following the earthquake damage?

    • @AdventuresWithRosy
      @AdventuresWithRosy  8 месяцев назад +1

      Good questions! Stumps are still there, we will get some removed to make the lawn easier to mow and just plant around the rest I reckon 👍 the house is being fixed in January! Turns out because we are going from brick to timber in that section we had to get an architect involved and then go through the building consent process with the local council so it’s taken a while longer than we thought!

    Are you able to give a update on the house repairs after the earthquake🇳🇿

    • @AdventuresWithRosy
      @AdventuresWithRosy  8 месяцев назад

      Ah great question! Still not fixed but we have a builder lined up for January 👍 because we are changing the cladding in that section to timber we actually had to get an architect involved and then go to council for consent 🙄 $2,000 process haha…
