As someone who nearly cacked it on the Corona Arch trail crux in snow, MERELY HIKING, I can't tell you how much these vids wow me. Oh Lord you guys. Stay great and don't die. :)
Having that rider in front of you really adds some nice perspective to the video. So many POV videos don't have any scale or context to them. Being able to see the guy in front go over obstacles, then you, makes the video more enjoyable to watch.
I rode Captain Ahab October 24, 2016. It's hands down the most fun I've had on any trail. I loved the technical as well as the views from up top. I can't wait to get back to Moab. Nice video.
I am very impressed with your technical riding. Much of that looks pretty tough. Awesome job! Also as a newer rider I just wanted to thank you for your videos documenting your mountain bike riding and travels. Not only am I getting more and more inspired but I feel like I am seeing places that I have never been and probably won't ever go. Love the channel man! All the best!
Your videos started my interest in mountain biking. I pulled the trigger and ordered a Transition Sentinel a few days ago. Should be here in a couple weeks. Keep up the great content!
Ahab is right down the road from my house. Yeah, I'm lucky. Ahab is a rad trail and Hymasa is an awesome climb, but it's also a fun out and back if you're not feeling up to the challenge of Ahab. Great video!
Such a sick video. Great riding! Dude I made it to Moab 5 days ago and have been riding like crazy. Tomorrow I’m riding Capt Ahab, I’ve watched this video like 5 times on loop. Thanks for the inspiration. I can’t wait to hit it in the morning!👍🏻 I also went up to Grand Junction (hit the Ribbon Trail) and also Fruita, 18 Road. Thanks for all your videos. You inspired me and have shown me so many awesome trails to ride. I’m so not ready to drive back to Cali on Sunday.
No idea how I have never hit like on this video until now. I must have watched it 20 times now. been to Moab twice and this coming month I am going back to hit this trail!!
I have come full circle, Brian! This was the first video of yours I saw about a year ago when I first started riding, and I recall thinking how difficult that trail looked... and now I've ridden it myself! Yeah, I crashed, but they were stupid crashes. The 10:30 mark in your video is where I had my bad crash. I nailed my bars on that big rock that juts out on the left, turned the wheel 90 degrees and went OTB... to the right where I had to fall further to reach ground! I think my hand will be okay. It's getting better.
Much thanks for sharing your beautiful ride! My skill level is way below yours, though I love mountain biking and seeing the beauty all over this planet. If I am fortunate to create some trails wherever I am, sweet!! Lord willing 😊 Keep on riding and sharing!!
Nice video and nice riding. I rode this trail about a month earlier in September and it was definitely one of my favorites - even with the substantial climbing.
Just went there and this video almost does it justice. Amazing bucket list ride. Like my man says bring your "A" game and "A" equipment because they will all get tested on this trail.
Always wanted to take a trip out there. An idea for a video may be to show how to travel with your bike. Because a lot of people have problems with traveling especially flying with air suspension and tubeless tires. Love the video and the Moab trip!
Another spectacular ride. Moab looks like a dream mtb destination. Gotta say, its clear to see your confidence growing with every ride. Love how you are attacking the gnar on the DH sections and lovin it! Thats one of the joys of riding imo and thats definitely on display in size in this video! Keep it going!!! Its gonna be interesting to see what you got up to in Spain!
Thanks Snake! Moab really is a dream, there are a shitload more trails out there to ride. My confidence is growing, riding behind Alexander and Seth showed me what's possible, and now I'm getting into my own groove.
That was a sweet video. This is on my mental bucket list, but at age 60 and visually impaired, I don't thin it would be prudent. Watching this is probably the closest I'll get to it. Thanks for the ride. That sounded violent.
It's so sick watching your riding progression as the videos come out everytime, goin harder and harder 👊🏼as always sick vid and looking forward to Espana!!
Such a killer view at 5:58, terrific filming as always Bro.I have to say to you like I did to Alexander +Single Track Sampler. Between the three of you guys the diverse styles of filming and riding is so awesome. More collabs. with these dudes is a must I think. Keep them coming. I was thinking when you get back, maybe do some hardtail plus size test. Just a thought.
one of the best videos ever made .. brother those videos are just a diamond for the average + rider !! your riding trips are awesome cheers for living the dream .. digging the BRONSON :-) good stuff your videos do the job and just make us WANT TO GO AND FU.... RIDE ANY TIME .. keep pedal hard .. its one package " pain and plessure !! happy new year wherever you are , boom
Actually what I'm doing now, lol. I subscribed and going through your old videos. I love the lines you choose and your a hell of a climber, getting good on your decent too. Better than me for sure
Sweet trail and video as usual! I'm curious what the backstory is on Spain and how/why you decided to go ride there. Hopefully you'll discuss that in a future video. Thumbs up on that TRD Pro! Keep up the good work.
Wish we had bikes like you do these days back when my body could take the beatings yours does on these wonderful trails. I just discovered your videos... you are a lucky man. Being a photographer, my one wish would be for you to take a few more seconds at your stops to show us the view.
Vine acá porque vi que hay papel en un baño en plena montaña y aquí en Venezuela ni siquiera en los mercados hay eso :( ¡¡¡¡¡viva la Venezuela primitiva y seguimos yendo hacia atrás!!!! buen vídeo...
Holy shit! I'll be in Moab in 2 weeks and my friend recommends that I do Captain Ahab...Now I see why! I've been to Moab twice, in the past and there was no Captain Ahab back then...I hope I'm up for it!
BKXC : in your expert opinion--Santa Cruz Hightower or Hightower LT for Captain Ahab? I have a 2018 Nomad, which factors in to purchase decisions. Thanks bro.
i cannot express enough of how good the trails are down here in tasmania, australia. you should come down and make some videos, even the enduro world series is coming next year

Yeah, that is definitely a good point. I'm basically at the level where I can do almost anything so I lose sight of when I first started and how hard everything was.

Haha thanks!
Outstanding scenery and skills!

Glad you liked it!
Amazing view has to be a must on the bucket list to see that part of the country
The views were some of the best ever! Love that desert landscape!
Thanks again for the pause to give us a look at that magnificent, colorful canyon!
My pleasure! Gotta take some time for nature.
Love going back and rewatching these videos with all you guys in the video together
Yeah, that was a fantastic trip!!
I rode Captain Ahab October 24, 2016. It's hands down the most fun I've had on any trail. I loved the technical as well as the views from up top. I can't wait to get back to Moab. Nice video.
Thanks Keith! It was super duper

Those trails really do look like a work of art. I enjoyed that. Cheers.
Thanks man, glad you dig it!
These Moab videos are epic in my opinion there your best videos so far
Thanks Kyle! So glad you're enjoying them. They were so much fun!
Your videos started my interest in mountain biking. I pulled the trigger and ordered a Transition Sentinel a few days ago. Should be here in a couple weeks. Keep up the great content!
That's awesome David!
Amazing riding, you keep doing bigger and bigger drops and getting more air. Makes want practice and ride more and more.
Amazing ride! Great views from the park...thanks for sharing.
My pleasure!
Ahab is right down the road from my house. Yeah, I'm lucky. Ahab is a rad trail and Hymasa is an awesome climb, but it's also a fun out and back if you're not feeling up to the challenge of Ahab. Great video!
Nice! It'd be awesome to have it in my backyard. Thanks dude.
I'm going to probably ride this in a few weeks, your video is building my anticipation, thanks!

Just discovered your channel and I CANT WAIT TO BINGE WATCH ALL YOUR TRAIL VIDEOS!!!!!
Such a sick video. Great riding! Dude I made it to Moab 5 days ago and have been riding like crazy. Tomorrow I’m riding Capt Ahab, I’ve watched this video like 5 times on loop. RUclips suggested this video, and shortly after it started I thought I recognized those Yahoo! shorts. That's my Bro!
No idea how I have never hit like on this video until now. I must have watched it 20 times now. been to Moab twice and this coming month I am going back to hit this trail!!
Hahaha thanks dude!
I highly recommend also riding up the jeep track, Vs Hymasa....it's a humbling, but rewarding experience.
Nice! Maybe next time
I have come full circle, Brian! This was the first video of yours I saw about a year ago when I first started riding, and I recall thinking how difficult that trail looked... and now I've ridden it myself! Ahhhh, that spot is SO sketchy!! Glad the hand is feeling better dude.

Nice video and nice riding. I rode this trail about a month earlier in September and it was definitely one of my favorites - even with the substantial climbing.

Thanks man! It was such a cool little trail
This is incredible! Respect! especially for your climbing technics!
Thanks man, such a great ride!
Always wanted to take a trip out there. An idea for a video may be to show how to travel with your bike. Because a lot of people have problems with traveling especially flying with air suspension and tubeless tires. Love the video and the Moab trip!
Thanks guys! Yes, I'm planning on shooting a "flying with your bike" video very very soon! Gotta get through my Spain editing too! BUSY BUSY!
this trail is so fun and I rode the trail with a group from sram/rockshocks testing out the newest rs-1 inverted forks
Nice, that's pretty sweet!
Another spectacular ride. Moab looks like a dream mtb destination. Gotta say, its clear to see your confidence growing with every ride. That was a sweet video. This is on my mental bucket list, but at age 60 and visually impaired, I don't thin it would be prudent. Watching this is probably the closest I'll get to it. Thanks for the ride. That sounded violent.
Thanks Kris! Glad I could give you a little slice of fun!

Thanks Tom! I've been seeing the photos and video from BasqueMTB for years and it just looked like the ultimate place to ride. It was!

Wish we had bikes like you do these days back when my body could take the beatings yours does on these wonderful trails. I just discovered your videos... you are a lucky man. Being a photographer, my one wish would be for you to take a few more seconds at your stops to show us the view.
Awesome, thanks so much!
As you said "lean on me", I started to sing the song lean on me. Shortly after your buddy starts lol
Such beautiful views.
The best!
Simply love this trail.
It's a great one!
Vine acá porque vi que hay papel en un baño en plena montaña y aquí en Venezuela ni siquiera en los mercados hay eso :( ¡¡¡¡¡viva la Venezuela primitiva y seguimos yendo hacia atrás!!!! buen vídeo...
great landscape - I am envious
Pretty cool!
Holy shit! I'll be in Moab in 2 weeks and my friend recommends that I do Captain Ahab...Now I see why! I've been to Moab twice, in the past and there was no Captain Ahab back then...I hope I'm up for it!
You guys are badass, I did the WE, 9-7-17, I'll hit Captain Ahab next year and session it for a few days.
NICE!! It's a great trail to come back to
BKXC : in your expert opinion--Santa Cruz Hightower or Hightower LT for Captain Ahab? I have a 2018 Nomad, which factors in to purchase decisions. Thanks bro.
Hi from AU.
You've got to be joking. My bike is rugged up in his blanket. Enjoyed your video and commentry!
Thanks dude!
Nice work Brian... loving your vids!
Thanks bud, such a great trail!
Excellent job Brian, all of your Utah videos are awesome 👍, next...Bienvenido a España 😉
Thanks David, Utah was a blast. Spain was darn good as well!
I ride my camber 29 er and I love it! I ride it everyday and I love climbing as much as the downhill!
so sick. you are getting good at drops and stuff
Thanks man! Practice makes perfect
watching you ride technical trails fast is like watching a computer execute calculations, it's done so perfectly and naturaly
Hahah love it!
i cannot express enough of how good the trails are down here in tasmania, australia. you should come down and make some videos, even the enduro world series is coming next year
It's very, very high on my list, dude! More than just Blue Derby down there?
blue derby probably has the best, but the whole island is basically mountain range
Super trail;). Keep riding and i will folow you, and enjoy every trail!
Thanks Tudor! I appreciate it!
Looks amazing! gotta get out there one day for sure. Would be awesome if you did a bike travel guide type thing with some tips on planing a bike trip.
Thanks man. That's a good idea!
beast mode! Thanks for sharing
Thanks man! It was tons of fun
You brought up a good point towards the end of the videos that these trails are for a certain level of fitness. I wonder if it would be possible for you to talk about for example this ahab trail, how much of the ride is climbing vs descending or general riding is involved. and if there are other easier trails, or other options like a shuttle or and easy road to the top. I have a big desire to go to moab and some of the other places you depict but I don't think I am fit enough to pedal as much as you do. Great videos Keep them coming. cheers.
Yeah, that is definitely a good point. I'm basically at the level where I can do almost anything so I lose sight of when I first started and how hard everything was.
One of the things I like about your vids is that you actually show part of the climbing. Shuttles are awesome when you can but earning the downhill is part of it. Most yt'ers just show the fun part!
Haha, gotta earn it!
Another great vid, thanks! I hope you're having a fantastic time in Spain, I can't wait to see what you've been up to :D
Thanks Andre! Stay tuned!
