Something small I've been doing is washing my dishes before bed instead of the next morning. I never realized how seeing a clean kitchen first thing in the morning can calm your brain. Thanks for sharing!

I needed this video because I’m too sleepy to do my night routine but I needed to brush my teeth and wear my retainers and have your company for motivation 😂❤
Ditto on the lip balm for bed. Not a lover of Carmex....alittle Castor Oil or Vaseline ie perfect. Also a good sound machine with the rain falling. When I had my small dog after she came in we ALWAYS did face washing and prayers. She knew it was time for bed, had her face washed and the sign of the cross. Definitely reading at night is great for sleeping, but most nights a good meditation. Thanks for sharing....
My non-negotiables are a clean, tidy kitchen and skincare. I also like to have things laid out for the next day so I am not stressing in the morning. I am a zombie in the mornings! 🤣
