I so need a routine and stick to it, but with chronic illnesses it’s often hard because your body tells you the routine and not the other way around, I feel best when I can have a routine and just actually prayed about this this morning in my time with God so that’s crazy that this video pops up today when I needed to visualize a routine, thanks Angie for your consistency and motivation! Love ya girl! 💜

@@cami3402 ugh i wish. i need 8-10 hours to be relaxed but I’m working on it. I used to get 6-7 hours a night with school and sports, but now, after our month quarantine, I’m taking advantage of sleeping in, but I do need to get a little more on track, because I go to bed at 12:30 or 1:00am, and wake up at 10:30.

Baths are so helpful to wind down, or even just disconnect for a little while mid-day. It can change your mood immediately!! Try it out

I forgot you had that cool skeleton candle holder for the bath.....I have so many ideas now for my new tub!!!
Quick tip: if your having trouble making jell-o molds try this: After you've set the jell-o to firm up and it's ready to take out, place the underside of the mold in hot water for like 30 seconds or so ( just the underside not the entire tray!) to have it release it from the mold. dry it off. Then place your tray you'll be using to place them on on top of the mold, carefully flip them out of the mold onto the tray. It should work. I ran into the same issue with a hard plastic brain mold. Goodluck!!
