I wonder why it won't get to 100%? But 93% will do since it saved you £150
I have a feeling it's because all the other cells are at a higher voltage than the ones I put in, so when it's charging and they reach that voltage, it doesn't charge the new ones up as much. Either which way - I'm happy to have it working again!
