It seem like you have to have the right amount of hair for that style to look good. You can't have too little hair or too much hair. Some of the styles look amazing while others need more practice. This style don't agree with everyone head.

Where I'm from in Florida..we did called it crazy braids...because they Where crazy looking....I did them myself back in the day.......Each city & State do the same things..... But have a different name for it.....that doesn't nean it didnt exist because it wasn't heard before.
Is it good for hair growth I want to try I like the idea that all my hair would be braided no hang time so it’s all tucked away I wonder how long I would be able to wear it I sometimes wear cornrows 2-3 months I’ll wash with braids in but I’m in the process of growing my hair long sometimes I wish it could all be tucked away

I'm late to this trend. I had something similar, though. It was like "spider webs" that gathered together in a braided extension.
