大學基金有兩個戶口，一個是有申請免俗另外一個沒有申請，現在被檢查竟然想怪政府，想把事實隱瞞，拉曼學院的建立是因為當年馬華在國政時，支持政府實行種族quota制度，讓很多有資格的華裔學生到現在不能進讀政府大學，在金寶的校園，有人要捐錢給建學生宿舍，馬華竟然拒絕，因為大多附近數房地產早就被買下了出租！
