Happy bladed, Halloween. It turned out really nice, yeah, I believe in all faiths, it's more than just one thing to believe in. I think it is beautiful. I just went to a funeral today of a cousin. I didn't really know too well. It was my dad's cousin and it made me think of the older generation now we're starting to lose some of them, and yet we are so connected and yet we are not connecting with our loved ones.
@@ThePynnFoolLife I hate that we are at the age that we are loosing people. The friends that are lost to early really saddens me tho. As they still had lives to live. Live everyday to the max, tomorrow isn’t guaranteed
Hello my sister.. Nice to meet you. You share many interesting things here to make me know more things in this world. Making an altar at home for the Day of the Dead reminds me of seeing my grandmother do it as a child. Thank you very much for sharing.
Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful tradition, Mutiara! I really enjoyed learning more about it. A truly heartfelt tribute to those we miss. 🙏🏼💐
Love the day of the dead. In Poland we have something similar loosely translated to Grand's Day. Celebrated alongside with All Saints Day. This was very interesting.
@@Iz-SixtyandBeyond Gday Izzy, Grand’s Day… can you tell us an interesting tradition from this day? Do you do it still at your home, now? Do your siblings still do it ?
@@xploradora8099my relatives in Poland still do. The tradition is similar to the day of the dead. Graves are decorated with candles and flowers and sometimes with food. A group prayer is organized with the priest at the gravesite and the priest blesses it with holy water. Also people follow taboos such as doing any housework or planning trips.
I love this video Dora, how you spoke and celebrated all of your loved one that passed away. This is beautiful, I have never seen something like that. Thank you for sharing this with us x
