Using HTML, SVG and JavaScript to create a design inspired by Victor Vasarely's Procion

In this video we look at an HTML containing an empty SVG (scalable vector graphics) element that is then populated with circle elements and rectangle (square) elements to form a design based on the artwork Procion by Victor Vasarely. The JavaScript uses a setInterval method to establish a repeating timer. This allowed the design to become time dependent. The circle colors (specifically their hue in a Hue-Saturation-Lightness model) varied. In addition a subset of the squares had time dependent positions.
