I just came across this clip, and this reminded me of our love story. My wife and I have also met in pre school, they moved away in year 3. We kept some contact, only 12 years later in our 3rd year of university we rekindled our friendship, that led to romance and to a marriage of 31 years. We are now battling brain cancer together, as she was diagnosed with it 3 months ago. It's just so unbelievable to see that there are still others that have the same experiences. Unfortunately the Lord have come and took my beautiful angel home, during the weekend, to Him to cure her completely from her cancer. It was a wonderful time we shared in our marriage and he last 9 months was just such a blessing to be able to care for her. Now I rest in the Lord, knowing that she is cured and pain-free.

No one should ever knock young love. My son fell in love with his wife in first grade. I taught him how to sign "I love you" so that every morning when I would drop him off at school, he would look back before turning the corner to his class and I would sign "I love you" and he would sign it back. They were great friends all through school till the 12th grade, when he finally asked her to be his girlfriend. After they were bf and gf, I heard the story of him signing "I love you" to her in first grade and she would sign it back. Lol!They have been together ever since. They are married and gave me two beautiful grandsons so far. She is the most wonderful daughter-in-law! ❤

I can see in her eyes as she recognizes who he is that you can almost feel the love in her heart that she has for him and he for her. It's hard for her to take her eyes off of him as she talks and she cries when he talks to her. I have watched this over and over as it touches me deeply. My Grandson had a strong bond with a girl at school from about age 6 to 10 when he had to move 3,000km away and lost touch, they were inseparable, he had behavioral problems and she had total control over him, when ever he was angry in class the teacher would ask her to talk to him and he would immediately calm down, it was a beautiful friendship, when he moved he really missed her, he went back to his old town 9 years later and knocked on her door, she answered to door and recognized him and said his name straight away, it was just like he had only left town yesterday. you could see the love they had for each other even at that very young age and it was still there 9 years later.

I like that she was humorous saying that she had few fiancies and 5 children but deep down inside she never forgot about him and always wanting him back. This video really touched me. They both looked genuinely in love with each other even after all these years of disconnect. After watching this a number of times I'm certain that she knew that it would be him when she accepted the invitation. Both of them probably had unsatisfactory relationships over the 12 year gap that never matched up to the special bond they had as 8-year-olds before they became separated by 950km. He is a super hero in her eyes for not only never forgetting her but also working out a way to track her down (this is well before the Facebook era). Her very real emotions and their reunion is one of the most beautiful things I have seen. I read way down the comments that they are happily married with 2 children, now probably teens or older.

I had the same crush on a girl at that same age. I'd walk her home from school even though it was 7 blocks out of my way. Sadly, my family moved and I entered a different school. I never saw or spoke to her again. Over 50 years later and I still can see her face like she was standing in front of me. Tried checking social media sites but no luck. After re-watching this a number of times we realise that she secretly hoped that it would be him from the get go, and her face showed her anticipation increasing during the questions and tips. Her sheer honest delight when he is revealed is romantic magic at its best. Her playful sense of humor is delightful, and it is no wonder that he couldn't forget her and had to find her. Danielle says, "It's even more beautiful, our friendship is pure, we love each other like brother and sister. Nicolas had no ulterior motive in seeking to see me again. He missed me, I missed him deeply, our joy on the set was real, sincere." I found no other evidence on french media, and it was already 18 years ago, things maybe changed not long after that who knows Now, after 12 years and from a child love, it wasn't sure at all they would become lovers, it's rarely the case : they have grown differently, loved other people, developped different tastes or goals for their respective lives. But that's still a sweet story though, it didn't lead to nor was true love; but that's a wonderful friendship in the end !

No one ever forgets their first love. It's been 40 years or so since she walked away. I'm 62 and I still think of her once in a while. I have had a great life and am surrounded by many people that love me. In today's sad society it's warming to see this.

She lives in NZ now and I hope she's had a great life and have never wished anything but the best for her. It's been 39 years since we've seen each other.

I fell in love when I was younger. He was a few years older than me. We parted ways and lived separate lives. He came back into my life at my dads memorial. It meant a lot for him to be there and to see him in person, I will not deny it. When I saw him all the feelings came back.

Heart warming story. My wife of 49 years met in high school through binoculars. In our city all the high school basketball teams played at the same arena. My buddies and I would take binoculars to look at the girls across the arena. I spied a beautiful, tall young lady across the arena in the pep club. She looked like Katheryn Ross to me as the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid was currently playing. My buddies tried to wrench the spy glasses from my hands but I wouldn't let go because to my utter amazement this beauty was looking at me through a pair of binoculars. We were 17, love at first sight and still going strong.

Humans use sight as one of their major sources to analyze the environment compared to other mammals for example that use smell or hearing. It's not creepy it's biologic. Yes it's creepy if you attempt to view others in a private setting where you're not included.and they don't want to be viewed, but in a public venue it's what we humans do to connect, dream, learn and find our way in the world.

I just came across this clip, and this reminded me of our love story. My wife and I have also met in pre school, they moved away in year 3. We kept some contact, only 12 years later in our 3rd year of university we rekindled our friendship, that led to romance and to a marriage of 31 years. We are now battling brain cancer together, as she was diagnosed with it 3 months ago. It's just so unbelievable to see that there are still others that have the same experiences. Unfortunately the Lord have come and took my beautiful angel home, during the weekend, to Him to cure her completely from her cancer. It was a wonderful time we shared in our marriage and he last 9 months was just such a blessing to be able to care for her. Now I rest in the Lord, knowing that she is cured and pain-free.

No one should ever knock young love. My son fell in love with his wife in first grade. I taught him how to sign "I love you" so that every morning when I would drop him off at school, he would look back before turning the corner to his class and I would sign "I love you" and he would sign it back. They were great friends all through school till the 12th grade, when he finally asked her to be his girlfriend. After they were bf and gf, I heard the story of him signing "I love you" to her in first grade and she would sign it back. Lol!They have been together ever since. My Grandson had a strong bond with a girl at school from about age 6 to 10 when he had to move 3,000km away and lost touch, they were inseparable, he had behavioral problems and she had total control over him, when ever he was angry in class the teacher would ask her to talk to him and he would immediately calm down, it was a beautiful friendship, when he moved he really missed her, he went back to his old town 9 years later and knocked on her door, she answered to door and recognized him and said his name straight away, it was just like he had only left town yesterday. you could see the love they had for each other even at that very young age and it was still there 9 years later.

After watching this a number of times I'm certain that she knew that it would be him when she accepted the invitation. Both of them probably had unsatisfactory relationships over the 12 year gap that never matched up to the special bond they had as 8-year-olds before they became separated by 950km. He is a super hero in her eyes for not only never forgetting her but also working out a way to track her down (this is well before the Facebook era). Her very real emotions and their reunion is one of the most beautiful things I have seen. I read way down the comments that they are happily married with 2 children, now probably teens or older.

I had the same crush on a girl at that same age. I'd walk her home from school even though it was 7 blocks out of my way. Sadly, my family moved and I entered a different school. I never saw or spoke to her again. Over 50 years later and I still can see her face like she was standing in front of me. Tried checking social media sites but no luck. This is very sweet and very romantic, with her emotions displayed for all to see. After re-watching this a number of times we realise that she secretly hoped that it would be him from the get go, and her face showed her anticipation increasing during the questions and tips. Her sheer honest delight when he is revealed is romantic magic at its best. Her playful sense of humor is delightful, and it is no wonder that he couldn't forget her and had to find her. Two beautiful people who deserve happiness with each other.

I found no other evidence on french media, and it was already 18 years ago, things maybe changed not long after that who knows
Now, after 12 years and from a child love, it wasn't sure at all they would become lovers, it's rarely the case : they have grown differently, loved other people, developped different tastes or goals for their respective lives.
But that's still a sweet story though, it didn't lead to nor was true love; but that's a wonderful friendship in the end !

No one ever forgets their first love. It's been 40 years or so since she walked away. I'm 62 and I still think of her once in a while. I have had a great life and am surrounded by many people that love me. In today's sad society it's warming to see this.
True, nobody forgets the intensity of their first love. It's been nearly 60 years since she moved away and I still think of her occasionally and hope she is doing well.
@@bobsellars2395 Yup. My first love moved on after we had been together for nearly three years ( 19 to 21) She did the right thing. However , I still warm to the memory of a few , very good years. She lives in NZ now and I hope she's had a great life and have never wished anything but the best for her. It's been 39 years since we've seen each other.

I fell in love when I was younger. He was a few years older than me. We parted ways and lived separate lives. He came back into my life at my dads memorial. It meant a lot for him to be there and to see him in person, I will not deny it. When I saw him all the feelings came back.

J'ai 31 ans, il y avait moins de haine à l'époque car pas de réseau social. Les choses étaient simples. Les années 90' à été les meilleurs moments de ma vie. Aujourd'hui des gamins de 6 ans t'insultent alors qu'ils s'amusent déjà sur mobile.

Heart warming story. My wife of 49 years met in high school through binoculars. In our city all the high school basketball teams played at the same arena. My buddies and I would take binoculars to look at the girls across the arena. I spied a beautiful, tall young lady across the arena in the pep club. She looked like Katheryn Ross to me as the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid was currently playing. My buddies tried to wrench the spy glasses from my hands but I wouldn't let go because to my utter amazement this beauty was looking at me through a pair of binoculars. We were 17, love at first sight and still going strong.

Humans use sight as one of their major sources to analyze the environment compared to other mammals for example that use smell or hearing. It's not creepy it's biologic. Yes it's creepy if you attempt to view others in a private setting where you're not included.and they don't want to be viewed, but in a public venue it's what we humans do to connect, dream, learn and find our way in the world.
Cet épisode était si doux. J'ai été enchanté par l'histoire de ce jeune couple et je leur souhaite le meilleur. Par les apparences, ils semblent si mignons ensemble. Si rien de plus ne vient qu'une amitié, c'est quand même très doux.

Já tive uma história assim, depois de anos nos reencontramos, namoramos e casamos . Temos uma filha de 23 anos, vivemos juntos por 17 anos. Mas infelizmente não estamos mais juntos. Avant de lire certains commentaires j’ai eu honte de dire que je pleurais, à 73ans pleurer encore comme un gamin. Connections that are made at such a young age are genuine because there is never a "hidden agenda". People love you for who you truly are! Here you can tell that this couple is compatible in character and disposition, plus they were probably lucky to skip their teenage years. I wish I knew how long ago this episode aired and how their relationship evolved. Hopefully, it turned into an amazing love story. It's amazing that such stories do exist. I envy them so much, and wish to be happy in their whole life... The most touching moment was when they were hugging each other.
