You said everyone’s favorite part was watching your dad throw in the fructose, but honestly I love watching you guys mix the flavoring/coloring the most. So satisfying.
Steve needs to get Max trained in pulling the candy,so he can get a break. That is a workout, the strength is must take.Steve is the Hercules in Hercules! lol
YOU GUYS CRACK MY SHIT UP !! I love no egg Craig ! So low key funny , Max is freakishly good looking & sweet (pun!) Steve always has jokes & Terri is Girl power from way back !! My fave new Channel right here //
I love you guys! It's so fun to watch how you make the candy and the way you act around each other. You guys remind me of my family when I was growing up. It's so cool to see families who can work together and have fun at the same time.
I came across you guys by accident here iam nearly 7 hours later still watching just looked at my clock and it's now 4am down here in Australia. My Nephew is always in New York what is the address of your shop please..
Same thing with me! I am convinced I didn't buy any "cheap" candy or local candy shop candies for Christmas cuz I am getting my CANDY ON! on this channel. I am going to make an order, get bunnies for my kiddos and yummies for me!!
Woohoo. Thanks for another great video Craig. Your parents especially your dad is such a hard worker. He’s been looking pretty tired lately. The candy business is no joke.
I wish my family talked this much. I mean, you guys talk like best friend neighbors, some info you'd have thought you'd know already since you lived with each other, but y'all talk as if it's a first date. Nice! And for a family who makes candy, you guys are all so slim!
Iv been watching these for the social aspect and the family feel and theme of their conversations, learning about candy and how it’s made is just a bonus :)
It's always been a dream of mine to work in a candy shop. I mean to actually make candy. I think that would be a dream job. For years I had each one of my kids on the path to becoming "candy makers." We would talk about all the types of candy they could make and they'd promise to make me lots of coconut candy. Well my kids are 15-19 now and they never talk about making candy anymore so I guess I'll just live my dream through these videos. : )
Those girls had great timing . Raspberry is my fave flavour ... I can see why you need to start Christmas early. So much to do and so little time . Well done xoxoxo
Craig, I need to know what your Dad said. As a former member of the Army who was stationed on a Marine base for 3 years, I'm 100% sure you won't offend me. Please. I listed to it about 7 times and I still can't hear him!!!!
Fun fact: raspberry first started being colored with blue because there were an abundance of “red” flavors, and blue colorant was cheap, so to differentiate raspberry from cherry, strawberry etc. they colored it blue!
I’ve said it before, probably on this video and I’ll say it again. I love the way the amber color candy is before it gets pulled on the hook. Id even love to have a teardrop shape of it made into a necklace.
I watch these before I go to bed. It helps me sleep and clear my mind. Yall are awesome and can not wait to place my order when it gets cooler in south ga
Been watching since the beginning when candy videos were on no egg Craig. Love your videos. I placed my first order Sunday (had to get some molasses peanut butter ribbon candy before it sold out). Can’t wait to try everything.
This is absolutely amazing! I love the family bonding you all have while making yummy creative candy! These moments are precious. If I'm ever at NY, I will definitely buy a range of goods in your store! 👌😊
Raspberry flavors were colored blue because when the flavor become commercial, businesses worries that the color red was already associated with cherry, and purple was for grape. So they made it blue to make it easily identifiable and more iconic
They’re addictive like their candy I suppose, because I also have been watching for hours on end. Love their sense of humor along with their candy making, that’s some close family fun right there.
My little sister is left handed and her teachers supported her being a lefty and her kindergarten teacher even bought her a pair of left handed scissors. This was about 15 years ago but she still has them.
I really like how you keep it a family business and everything is still hand made. Although you might want to get one of those mini candy stretching machines because that process is really exhausting
Quick Steve's arms must be ready to fall off. This is non stop hard work yet all of you keep smiling. Have a wonderful and Happy Thanksgiving and am sending much love your way. God Bless always.
Making candy is an art only some people have patience for. The most I make is caramel. I want to visit Syracuse New York JUST so I can come and tour Hercules Candy co. The only thing is I don't fly. So I have to... no. I MUST place an order. I'm so excited! and I just won't hide it! i'ma get some candy from HERCULES! and I know I'll LOVE it!! Oh Yeah!! Keep on keepin' on! Love your tye-dye aprons.
I don't know why but when you said about the peanut butter being on the canvas I thought 'ooh peanut butter and jelly candy canes what a marvelous idea.' x
Love watching these videos, as someone with a peanut allergy i hope those girls aren't allergic because they got the samples but werent in the room when you mentioned the canvas might have peanut butter on it!
The color of the white actually looks better since you didn't hook it as much...they have golden caramel highlights which looks amazing with the purple!
should get another hook to split the batch in the future, have two people going at the same time. I can only imagine as this youtube channel gets bigger, that their online business will increase as well.
You should make a variety of flavours but keep them all white so you can make a mystery pack of candy.
thatd be lit
Elizabeth I think that also pose some problems with allergy
TrueDirectionerHLLNZ people with allergies don’t have to have them.
Elizabeth I know but still...
Elizabeth I would so buy that. And I agree. Folks with allergies can just not buy it.
Tbh, I hardly watch this for the actual candy making. I mostly watch these to see the cute, functioning, healthy family dynamic ❤
Seriously, it's like the most beautiful part. I .... didn't know families like this were real...
Is a functional family a dying breed? ❤
The workers are like their kids too 😮❤
It’s almost 3 am here. My wife just rolled over, raised her head up and said “are you seriously watching candy cane making videos at this hour?”
:-D And i am watching it on the loo new years eve!!
@@sablatnic8030 TMI !

Can we just get an hour video of Max smiling?
Right

Terry got yelled about running little does she know her running will cause a big hole in the wall!
Hahahaha
You said everyone’s favorite part was watching your dad throw in the fructose, but honestly I love watching you guys mix the flavoring/coloring the most. So satisfying.
Steve needs to get Max trained in pulling the candy,so he can get a break. That is a workout, the strength is must take.Steve is the Hercules in Hercules! lol
I wonder what his muscles look like under those sleeves!
@Joe King This was before Max was trained on candy pulling. He is a total proffessional now.Agree 100%.This vid is two years old.
Candy making with fun banter, and a cool family. You guys are awesome
YOU GUYS CRACK MY SHIT UP !! I love no egg Craig ! So low key funny , Max is freakishly good looking & sweet (pun!) Steve always has jokes & Terri is Girl power from way back !! My fave new Channel right here //

Same exact thing on New year's Eve/day 😁
Same thing with me! I am convinced I didn't buy any "cheap" candy or local candy shop candies for Christmas cuz I am getting my CANDY ON! on this channel. I am going to make an order, get bunnies for my kiddos and yummies for me!!
I love how many times you are posting lately! You all are my favorite candy makers!!!
"That'a a not funny joke, Craig!" ---- ha ha ha. Poor Max.
Woohoo. Thanks for another great video Craig.
Your parents especially your dad is such a hard worker. He’s been looking pretty tired lately. The candy business is no joke.
I cannot stop watching these, it's like I'm there
I love this quiet happy family carrying on an old and honored family tradition. Pass it on...nothing is better than handmade goodness!
I wish my family talked this much. I mean, you guys talk like best friend neighbors, some info you'd have thought you'd know already since you lived with each other, but y'all talk as if it's a first date. Nice!
And for a family who makes candy, you guys are all so slim!
I randomly found you guys today and now I'm binge watching your videos! Totally mesmerized & super soothing to watch!
Iv been watching these for the social aspect and the family feel and theme of their conversations, learning about candy and how it’s made is just a bonus :)

I also enjoy the videos, but remember it's never too late to follow your dreams :) also ignore the others
Vince it’s funny how that happens😀 i grew up in a small family business and these videos always take me home!
You can always start
Those girls had great timing . Raspberry is my fave flavour ... I can see why you need to start Christmas early. So much to do and so little time . Well done xoxoxo
Such a great family. I love your interactions with each other. Homemade candy making...what a delight! ❤
Craig, I need to know what your Dad said. As a former member of the Army who was stationed on a Marine base for 3 years, I'm 100% sure you won't offend me.
Please. I listed to it about 7 times and I still can't hear him!!!!
This.
It started with, "Oh f**k, this is...". I was surprised to hear it coming from Steve!
Fun fact: raspberry first started being colored with blue because there were an abundance of “red” flavors, and blue colorant was cheap, so to differentiate raspberry from cherry, strawberry etc. they colored it blue!
Your videos really get me into the Christmas/ winter spirit and bring back all the nice memories☺️ good work
It's just like a home. Watching I mean. Cause ti's a home, but I mean the feeling. Of home.
Everyone seems so genuine and kind at Hercules Candy
I’ve said it before, probably on this video and I’ll say it again. I love the way the amber color candy is before it gets pulled on the hook. Id even love to have a teardrop shape of it made into a necklace.
I love when Quick Steve does the corn syrup trick.
You guys are the most wholesome family, I love your videos!
I smudge graphite ALLLLLLL over the place and I'm right handed.
Who disliked this? What’s not to like about candy? Ever? Love you guys.
haha thanks Chrisie
Someone with diabetes probably
Chrisie Lewandowski and there family is priceless
I don't know... I'm a workout and health freak and candy still has a place in my heart on a cheat day lol
Could be because mom and dad are struggling and the sons are standing there watching.
"that's a not funny joke Craig" I'm crying
I watch these before I go to bed. It helps me sleep and clear my mind. Yall are awesome and can not wait to place my order when it gets cooler in south ga

Since it's purple, it's BLACK raspberry flavored! Which is just.... raspberry. But, it's more legit than BLUE raspberry. What even IS that?
The world may never know
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_raspberry_flavor
Raspberry flavors were colored blue because when the flavor become commercial, businesses worries that the color red was already associated with cherry, and purple was for grape. So they made it blue to make it easily identifiable and more iconic
You guys are so great, I have insomnia due to pain and I love watching you guys to keep me going.
Curious, does Steve prefer to make chocolate covered items or hard candy more?
Thus was awesome. I live it that your business is family owned and operated. What a great legacy you are making. Thanks so much for sharing.
I love watching happy people. Thank you for sharing!!!!
I admit I busted out laughing at "Old Greg" See my picture of Bailey's?
They’re addictive like their candy I suppose, because I also have been watching for hours on end. Love their sense of humor along with their candy making, that’s some close family fun right there.
Awww thanks Connie
Watching these makes me feel at home
My little sister is left handed and her teachers supported her being a lefty and her kindergarten teacher even bought her a pair of left handed scissors. This was about 15 years ago but she still has them.
Michael Bacon That’s sweet.
I love the camaraderie of all of you. Hoping to head to Syracuse and visit the new shop someday. It’s now on my bucket list.
Can’t wait to see you!
Wishing everyone at Hercules Candy A Blessed and wonderful Thanksgiving.love your videos,
I could watch this all day. Love the family. And MAX my oh my, he is easy on the eyes!
Dad is much happier here. He should be aloud to come back to the basement and do his art and have it shipped to the new store.
Craig , if I don't ever see a 70s show inspired raspberry circle I'm going to be disappointed
*drool* *drool* *drool* I'm seriously dehydrated from drooling over all the candy making!
Watching these literally makes my mouth water
You're welcome
I really like how you keep it a family business and everything is still hand made. Although you might want to get one of those mini candy stretching machines because that process is really exhausting
One fell swoop...... a missed opportunity for a classic Spoonerism.
What did Steve say?? Where's the Hercules after dark? 🤐😂😂
these folks are crazy !! i' come to also see their interactions with each other, they are so funny.
We need another tour of the store at Christmas, please and thank you.

Quick Steve's arms must be ready to fall off. This is non stop hard work yet all of you keep smiling. Have a wonderful and Happy Thanksgiving and am sending much love your way. God Bless always.
Such a mom thing to do...makes a nirvana reference, gets a nirvana response that's even better...doesn't understand haha
looks soo fun! and everyone is in such good spirits!
I could just watch this sugarfamily all day long.
Oh no! Steve with the f-bomb!! 🤣 He should show Max how to pull. Then they could switch out on those larger batches.
Making candy is an art only some people have patience for. The most I make is caramel. I want to visit Syracuse New York JUST so I can come and tour Hercules Candy co. The only thing is I don't fly. On my bucket list...to do Steve's job on candy cane day from beginning to end!!! Looks soooo fun!!!!
You know we all want to know what Steve said now.... lol
That is so true. I’ve learned to use right handed scissors because there aren’t lefty scissors available often. But it makes me super slow at cutting
I like that it’s always sunny in Philadelphia quote salt the snail
4:53 I love the sound!
I was screaming NOOO DON'T LET THE BLOB FALL😂
Quick Steve at it again!

I love watching this family
Such an adorable family
I don't know why but when you said about the peanut butter being on the canvas I thought 'ooh peanut butter and jelly candy canes what a marvelous idea.' x
Love watching these videos, as someone with a peanut allergy i hope those girls aren't allergic because they got the samples but werent in the room when you mentioned the canvas might have peanut butter on it!
The color of the white actually looks better since you didn't hook it as much...they have golden caramel highlights which looks amazing with the purple!
Gold and purple i love it.
I love watching you guys, sending much love to you all from London UK Xxxxx
This is such an old video, however I love all the humor. Some things never change.
HEDO RICK thats such a classic....the rippin and the tearin
Great video! So glad to see a family owned company! 😃
That batch did not want to stay on the hook
should get another hook to split the batch in the future, have two people going at the same time. I can only imagine as this youtube channel gets bigger, that their online business will increase as well.
They are stretching it
Its because its a big batch and it was a bit too hot.
Charlotte Harlow z
The candy on the hook has turned into the blob.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful family!!! Can't wait to place our first order. :-)
We can't wait either!
