Wow, that belt buckle was almost good as new cleaned up. A terrific find. A magnificent forest with snails for a magic touch! Have a great weekend too. X
Thank you Francesca! The buckle cleaned up nicely indeed. A rare find in my area on top of that, which is nice. Of course snails were the stars the video. 😃 Have a great week! 👍
Danke Rick, ich wollte dort wieder hin, bin aber (wie so oft) über eine andere Stelle gestolpert, wo ich dann geblieben bin. Jetzt müsste ich beide Stellen irgendwie miteinander kombinieren. 😄
Thank you for the comment and the suggestion! Sometimes depth of the finds makes no sense. In case of the "lighter" the soil was probably modified afterwards. Have a great day!
Hello Mr Md 24. Great Video, Great Hunt And Awesome Finds. Thanks For another great Metal Detecting Video. Always Fun Tagging Along Stay Safe and have a nice Weekend⛏️🙏😎👍
Thank you Wendy, I'm glad you liked it. Another metal detecting adventure is on the way. It's a little bit shorter, but I hope you will enjoy this one as well. Have a great week! 👍
Hello my friend. I have been watching your videos for quite afew years now. I comment on them from time to time. I especially like watching when you find world war 2 items😊 one of my favorite parts. I live in the Northern East coast/ New England part of the USA. So could never find these types of things. Very nice finds especially the belt buckle❤ keep up the good work my friend and wish i could come over there and detect with you sir.🫡
Hello Robert, thank you very much for the kind words. You have probably more older relics in your part of the country, than people from the West coast, but they have nuggets... Hmm, I don't know what I would like more. At this point probably gold nuggets - as we probably prefer, what we don't have. 😄 WWII relics are rare in my area, in comparison to other parts of Germany, like Berlin for example. I'm not really a big fan of WWII items, but it's always nice to find something original from that era. It's a highlight for sure. Finding a medal would be nice too! I hope, metal detecting Gods are listening. 😄 Have a great week & Happy Hunting! 👍
😁Thank you very much! I was disappointed as well, but don't worry, I'm working on a new episode, which will have a sausage clip! So everything will be back to normal. Have a great week!

I wasn't convinced after watching some of the very first videos and reading comments from people who bought it. Then I wasn't following the detector market at all and concentrated on what I already have. But after some problems with my old Deus, I started watching a few newer videos and thinking about the detector. I'm still not 100% sure if an upgrade would give me an advantage. I'm also relying on audio and I really don't know how Deus II in full tones would sound like. So, right now I'm still a little bit on the fence. P.s. Should I buy one, it will probably be the (less expensive) headphone remote control and coil option.
@@MetalDetecting24 the substantial differences that I noticed between the d1 and the d2 are, ground balance and discrimination, much better on the d2, however they are very similar, I see the d2 as an "improved" d1, they are not different metal detectors.
Oh, vielen herzlichen Dank für das Zählen und die Info! Leider habe ich einen anderen Kommentar oben angepinnt (jedoch mit einer anderen Zahl). Hmm, jetzt brauchen wir eine dritte Meinung. 😄
At 56:49 the Natzi buckle is an early DAF buckle. Deutsches Arbeitsfront organization. The other aluminium object is an match case for carrying loose matches. There should be a scratcher on the bottom or side. I remember my grandfather having one like it. Hope you are well and your leg is a far distant memory. I remember when you got that iron rod stuck in your leg. Be safe.
Hello Mary, nice to see you again and thank you very much for the info! I tried to open the aluminum match case, but both parts are stuck together. I guess it was the boar that chewed on it. Maybe I will have to apply a little bit more force and use some tools. The iron rod injury isn't (fortunately) causing any problems other than numb skin above the knee area (a nerve got probably damaged). I hope no more injuries! This part of Germany wasn't very kind to me so far. I need to move out. I wish you all the best. Have a great week! 👍
That WWII German buckle was a surprising find. Was that a WWII German hand grenade you found early in the video. Be careful, you don't want to become a WWII casualty...✌️😎
Thank you, the buckle was a nice surprise, especially as finds like this are rare in my area. I'm not sure about the other WWII thing... Sadly there is nothing one can do about it. You see an iron pole, you grab it out of curiosity after countless other unrelated (safe) relics, to hold something like this in your hand... Greetings to Oz! 👍
Although fields have more finds, that's not my primary objective. I like nature. Being in the woods (and exercising my hobby) offers so much more. It gives me energy I couldn't get on a field.
Hey there. Saw your video on my feed, thought id give it a go. From a fellow detectorist i just wanted to tell you that your swings are way too big, you can likely miss lots of objets between your swings. Look up a video on how to properly swing, ill guarantee you more finds!

Ich denke da ist noch viel mehr. Sehr schöne Funde, bald wieder dorthin!

I think the “lighter” is a match safe, or a cigarette case. I’m amazed a coin from 2022 is buried eight inches deep in the woods! Thank you.

Good morning ❤
Good morning, I made a mistake and scheduled the video a bit too early. I think I might change my next upload as well.

Can I ask you what frequency you use with the HF plates?
Thank you!
